Breast Neoplasm Female

This trial used a multicentre, single-arm design in which patients were treated with AK105 plus Anlotinib Hydrochloride combined with albumin paclitaxel. Patients included in this trial were advanced breast cancer with hormone receptor negative and Her2 negative. The primary endpoint is ORR, and the secondary endpoint is DCR, PFS, OS and safety.

Breast Cancer Triple Negative

This is a randomized phase II study to evaluate the disease control rate (DCR) of patients with metastatic or locally advanced METHYLATED 06-methylguanine-DNA methyltransferase (MGMT) with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) treated with Temozolomide ± Olaparib. Patients will be randomized 1:1 to Treatment Arm 1 (temozolomide treatment) or Arm 2 (temozolomide plus olaparib treatment).

Implantable Microdevice for In Vivo Drug Sensitivity Testing in Patients With Early Stage, HER2-Positive...

Breast Cancer

The purpose of this study is to test the safety and feasibility of placing and removing a small device that contains anti-cancer drugs in a breast tumor of patients who plan on having breast surgery without treatment prior or patients who plan on receiving standard preoperative chemotherapy prior to their breast surgery. This device may be able to predict what types of treatment work best against an individual's breast cancer. With this device, the investigators hope to be able to personalize treatment choices based on an individual's type of breast cancer.

Phase II Study of Niraparib in Metastatic TNBC Patients With Homologous Recombination Deficiency...

Homologous Recombination DeficiencyTriple Negative Breast Cancer

The incidence of homologous recombination deficiency in metastatic triple negative breast cancer was 52%-59%,PARP plays a key role in sensing DNA damage and converting it into intracellular signals that activate the base excision repair (BER) and single-strand break repair pathways. Treatment with PARP inhibitors could represent a novel opportunity to selectively kill a subset of cancer cells with deficiencies in DNA repair pathways. This is a multicenter, single-arm, phase II study evaluating the efficacy and safety of niraparib in patients with HRD positive metastatic triple negative breast cancer.

Estrogen Receptor (ER) PET/CT Imaging in Breast Cancer

Breast CancerTNBC - Triple-Negative Breast Cancer1 more

18F-Fluoroestradiol (18F-FES) is an estrogen receptor-targeting positron emission tomography tracer with high sensitivity and specificity for the detection of estrogen receptor(ER)-positive tumors . 18F-FES has been used as a predictive biomarker to demonstrate estrogen receptor heterogeneity , to evaluate the pharmacokinetics of estrogen receptor-targeted drugs , to measure residual estrogen receptors during endocrine therapy and to determine biologically optimal doses of novel estrogen receptor-targeted drugs .This study aimes to explore the efficacy of 18F-FES PET/CT in evaluating the expression levels of ER in primary and metastatic breast cancer patients.
