The use of PRP has dramatically increased in the fields of orthopedics, spine surgery, reconstructive plastic surgery, oral and maxillofacial surgery, and dermatological indications. Nonetheless, its use in the treatment of wounds is not as widespread as in other fields. In this experimental study, the treatment outcome of autologous PRP was assessed in comparison to conventional therapy among patients with chronic venous leg ulcers.

The purpose of the following prospective, randomized, controlled clinical trial is to compare synthetic hybrid-scale fiber matrix (Restrata®, Acera Surgical, Inc.) with standard of care in treating diabetic foot ulcers in human subjects.

The study aims to describe alterations in the contact activation system during active and inactive ulcerative colitis. Contact activation system measures are compared in a cross sectional (healthy controls vs. active disease) and longitudinal (active diasese vs. inactive disease) fashion.

A randomized, split-plot, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial. The varicose ulcer is divided into two (side A and B). Half of the wound's surface is treated locally with insulin (Glargine) applied at an approx depth of 3-4 mm. Treatment with insulin is administered for 7 days. Biopsy specimens of the two sides are obtained on days 0 and 7. A thermographic photograph of the wound is taken at days 0 and 7. The number of blood vessels and fibroplasia is evaluated as the main outcome.

Vedolizumab is a medicine that helps to reduce sensitivity and pain in the digestive system for participants with UC or CD. In this study, adults with UC or CD will be treated with vedolizumab according to their clinic's standard practice. Participants will receive vedolizumab as either an infusion or an injection just under the skin (subcutaneous). The main aim of the study is to observe real-world treatment patterns in participants treated with vedolizumab. The study sponsor will not be involved in how participants are treated but will provide instructions on how the clinics will record what happens during the study.

Arterio-venous leg ulcers are real problems when it comes to public health because it has a major cost and leads to social and professional handicap. The management of leg ulcers is not clear and can be venous compression or surgery. The aim of the study is to evaluate the variation of the transcutaneous oxygen with compression. The second aim is to see how tolerate is the compression and the quality of life.

7 patients with active Ulcerative Colitis are treated with 25 multi-donor FMT Capsules daily for 50 days.
