The purpose of this research study is to examine whether a one-day group workshop, integrating principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Migraine Education, will result in greater improvements in depressive symptoms and functioning impairment in patients with comorbid migraine and depression than a similar one-day group workshop with Migraine Education only.

This study will test the use of ketamine for treatment of depression in adolescents that have not responded to other treatments. We will also examine neurobiological mechanisms of treatment.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of flexibly dosed adjunctive brexpiprazole treatment in subjects with major depressive disorder and anxiety symptoms, who are experiencing an inadequate selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI)/serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) response.

This research programme purports to test the effectiveness of two Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) protocols (Repetitive high frequency protocol and Theta Burst protocol) in reducing the symptoms of depression. The study also uses Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scans to improve the localization of TMS targets.

The investigators proposed a preliminary randomized control trial of Family Based Interpersonal Psychotherapy (FB-IPT), a family-based adaptation of Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Depressed Adolescents (IPT-A; Mufson et al., 2000). Forty-five preadolescent children (ages 8-12) diagnosed with a depressive disorder will be randomized to receive a 14-week course of FB-IPT or Client Centered Therapy (CCT), a supportive nondirective psychotherapy that closely approximates treatment at usual in community mental health clinics. In addition to assessing the feasibility and acceptability of randomization and each of the treatment conditions, this project will evaluate the effects of FB-IPT and CCT across multiple domains, including symptomatology and psychosocial functioning. Preadolescents will be assessed prior to treatment, during treatment (Weeks 3, 7, 11), one week post-treatment, and at 3 and 6 months post-treatment to compare changes in depressive symptoms, global, social, and family functioning. Data on psychosocial risk factors associated with onset and recurrence of preadolescent depression will be collected prior to treatment and at specified intervals post-treatment in order to conduct exploratory analyses on correlates of positive and negative treatment outcomes for Family Based IPT. This data will be used to generate future hypotheses about potential mediators and moderators that will be incorporated into an R01 application for an efficacy study of Family Based IPT.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of escalating single oral doses of LY03005 in healthy subjects and to characterize the pharmacokinetics (PK) of escalating single oral doses of LY03005.

The purpose of this study is to understand the effectiveness of a ten-week internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (iCBT) treatment on improving depressive symptoms, coping and resilience skills, and cognitive processing.

The main aim of this study is to (1) evaluate the effectiveness of metacognitive therapy for major depressive disorder. Additional aims are to (2) investigate patterns of change and the mechanisms of action involved during treatment, and to (3) examine the impact of meta-cognitions in the treatment and relapse prevention of depression.

The purpose of this study is to determine if Vortioxetine 20 mg/day will lead to changes in neural activity (BOLD signal), as measured using fMRI, in brain areas associated with executive functioning and memory during cognitive task performances compared to placebo in subjects remitted from depression and in controls, and to explore if Vortioxetine will lead to improved cognitive performance in the absence of depression.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate a computer-guided, telephone-based therapy for adolescent depression, delivered in a pediatric primary setting in the community.
