Trial of Local Cystoscopic Injection of Tremelimumab Plus Systemic Durvalumab for High Risk Non-Muscle...
Bladder CancerHigh-Risk Cancer3 moreWe will conduct a Phase I trial testing whether local cystoscopic injection of tremelimumab into the bladder wall in combination with systemic administration of durvalumab in localized bladder cancer will stimulate an effective anti-tumour immune response with minimal systemic immune response and clinical toxicity.
Study of 2141-V11 in People With Non-muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer That Did Not Respond to Standard...
Non-muscle Invasive Bladder CancerThe purpose of this study is to test the safety of the study drug 2141-V11 in people whose NMIBC did not respond to standard treatment, and who will not have the standard surgical procedure to remove the bladder. The researchers will test different doses of 2141-V11 to see which dose is safest in people. The researchers will also do tests to see how the body absorbs, distributes, and gets rid of 2141-V11. This study is one of the first to test 2141-V11 in people, and the first to test 2141-V11 delivered through a catheter into the bladder.
Testing Combination Erdafitinib and Enfortumab Vedotin in Metastatic Bladder Cancer After Treatment...
Locally Advanced Bladder Urothelial CarcinomaLocally Advanced Renal Pelvis Urothelial Carcinoma17 moreThis phase Ib trial evaluates the best dose, potential benefits, and/or side effects of erdafitinib in combination with enfortumab vedotin in treating patients with bladder cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) and possesses genetic alterations in FGFR2/3 genes. Erdafitinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal FGFR protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This may help keep cancer cells from growing and may kill them. Enfortumab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, enfortumab, linked to an anticancer drug called vedotin. It works by helping the immune system to slow or stop the growth of cancer cells. Enfortumab attaches to a protein called nectin-4 on cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. It is a type of antibody-drug conjugate. Giving erdafitinib in combination with enfortumab vedotin may shrink or stabilize metastatic bladder cancer with alterations in FGFR 2/3 genes.
A Study of TAR-200 in Combination With Cetrelimab and Cetrelimab Alone in Participants With Muscle-Invasive...
Urinary Bladder NeoplasmsThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the anti-tumor effects of TAR-200 in combination with intravenous (IV) cetrelimab and IV cetrelimab alone.
Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment for Perioperative Optimization in Cystectomy
Bladder CancerPatients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer are often older and multimorbid, thus in an increased risk of perioperative mortality and morbidity in relation to radical cystectomy (RC). The aim of the study is to investigate the effect of perioperative Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) and tailored intervention in older, frail patients with bladder cancer undergoing RC.
Safety and Efficacy of FE 999326 Administered Intravesically to Japanese Subjects With High-grade,...
Bladder CancerTo evaluate the safety and efficacy of FE 999326 in Japanese subjects with high-grade, BCG unresponsive NMIBC.
Study of VB4-845 Injection for Treating Patients With Non-muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer
Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder CancerBecause of the high risk for development of muscle invasive disease, cystectomy is recommended for CIS, high-grade Ta and T1 patients who experience disease recurrence following intravesical therapy. VB4-845 injection is an experimental agent that may provide an alternative to cystectomy
A Study of LOXO-435 in Participants With Cancer With a Change in a Gene Called FGFR3
Urinary Bladder NeoplasmsNeoplasm Metastasis1 moreThe main purpose of this study is to learn more about the safety, side effects, and effectiveness of LOXO-435. LOXO-435 may be used to treat cancer of the cells that line the urinary system and other solid tumor cancers that have a change in a particular gene (known as the FGFR3 gene). Participation could last up to 30 months (2.5 years) and possibly longer if the disease does not get worse.
A Phase 1 Dose-escalation Study of UGN-301 in Patients With Recurrent Non-muscle Invasive Bladder...
Non-muscle Invasive Bladder CancerNMIBC4 moreThis study is being conducted to evaluate the safety and determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of UGN-301 (zalifrelimab) administered intravesically as monotherapy and in combination with other agents in patients with recurrent NMIBC.
Study of Erdafitinib Intravesical Delivery System for Localized Bladder Cancer
Urinary Bladder NeoplasmsReceptors1 moreThe purpose of the study in Part 1 (dose escalation) is to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose(s) (RP2D[s]) and in Part 2 (dose expansion) is to determine the safety of Erdafitinib Intravesical Delivery System administered at the RP2D(s).
