Patients followed in the Foch Hospital Urology Department (Suresnes): Patients justifying a prostatectomy. Patients justifying prostatectomy together with the bladder (radical cystectomy for bladder cancer). Patients with benign prostate hyperplasia who justified a prostatectomy. Compare serum sexual steroid concentrations and intra-tissue on healthy prostates and prostate adenoma, assess concentrations intra-tissue sex steroids on cancer metastasis prostate specific blood sample under study (30mL) will be performed preoperatively in Patients followed in Foch Hospital Urology Department (Suresnes), and a Removal of a fragment of prostate tissue or metastasis will be analyze. Aim is to compare serum concentrations of sexual steroids and intra-tissue on healthy prostates and prostate adenomas compared to concentrations measured in patients operated for prostate cancer.

This is a prospective, randomized, randomized and single-blind study in patients diagnosed with primary bladder CV. Patients diagnosed by cystoscopy of a bladder tumor and with indication for endoscopic surgical treatment, who meet the inclusion criteria, and who sign the Informed Consent (IC), will be randomized.

It is still a challenge for urologic surgeon to prevent the post transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) recurrence of moderate-high risk non-muscle invasive bladder tumor. Adjuvant chemotherapy is a standard treatment for local progressive bladder tumor, which contains mainstream GC treatment scheme. It is common to observe clinically moderate-high risk NMIBC recurrence after routine intravesical instillation.Systematic chemotherapy can eliminate remained tumor cells especially those from mucosa basal cells so as to improve the prognosis of patients. Our clinical trial aims to investigate whether the utilization of combination of GC treatment scheme and epirubicin instillation would decrease the recurrence of moderate-high risk NMIBC.

The primary objective of this prospective, single-centre study is to establish the clinical performance characteristics of Xpert Bladder Cancer Monitor on the GeneXpert Instrument Systems in comparison to the methods currently used at the site for detecting recurrent bladder cancer.
