The Effect of Low Intensity Extracorporeal Low Energy Shock Wave Therapy on Stress Urinary Incontinence...
Stress Urinary IncontinenceOveractive BladderThe hypothesis of the present study is low intensity extracorporeal low energy shock wave therapy (LiESWT) can decrease inflammatory disorders, increase pelvic floor blood supply, enhanced bladder stem cell activation, Using LiESWT can decrease bladder overactivity, eliminate urinary incontinence and improve stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms. Therefore improve quality of life and improve social activity.

Urinary IncontinenceStressThis pilot study examines safety and efficacy of a simple procedure for treatment of stress urinary incontinence. A muscle biopsy is taken from the thigh, minced and injected into the urethral sphincter.
Erb:Yag Laser Versus Pelvic Floor Training for the Treatment of Women With Mild to Moderate Stress...
Stress Urinary IncontinenceThis is a pilot study to assess the feasibility and safety to run a randomized controlled trial that compared the effectivity of erbium:yag vaginal laser versus pelvic floor training in women with mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence.
French Study to Evaluate the Impact of a Cognitive Therapy on Urinary Incontinent Women of All Age's...
Urinary IncontinenceStress2 moreThis trial is a pathophysiological study evaluating the impact of a cognitive therapy on the perineal neuromuscular mechanisms in women patients with urinary incontinence. Some research works have been realized on the impact of a cognitive load test (CLT) on the neuromuscular continence urinary mechanisms. It had been demonstrated that a CLT induced an increase in the latency of voluntary perineal contraction. It had also been demonstrated that a CLT had an influence on the involuntary perineal contraction pre-activation. Most recently, the impact of a cognitive therapy on the perineal neuromuscular mechanisms on healthy participants had been evaluated. It demonstrated that a cognitive therapy inhibited the impact of the CLT on the perineal neuromuscular mechanisms. The present project is about the evaluation of the interest of a cognitive therapy on the neuromuscular mechanisms in case of attentional test in a urinary incontinent women population. It could conduce to new therapeutic leads for the management of urinary incontinence.
Effectiveness and Safety of Cell-Assisted Lipotransfer for the Treatment of Stress Urinary Incontinence...
Stress Urinary IncontinenceAutologous washed and homogenized fat micrograft harvested from the patient's front abdominal wall enriched with adipose-derived regenerative cells (ADRC) derived by enzyme-treatment of a portion of the harvested fat. Fat tissue micrograft mixed with ADRC will be administered one-time endoscopically into submucosal layer of urethra under eye control. This is a single arm study with no control. All patients receive cell therapy.
Lyrette: Renewing Continence Objective and Subjective Efficacy Study
Stress Urinary IncontinenceThe purpose of this study is to demonstrate the treatment efficacy of the Lyrette® System in women most likely to be treated in an office setting for the condition of stress urinary incontinence, secondary to urethral hypermobility.
The Efficacy and Safety of Fotona Smooth® Device for the Treatment of Stress Urinary Incontinence...
Stress Urinary IncontinenceThere are many existing treatments of female stress urinary incontinence such as the use of adult absorbent pads and diapers, behavioral training, including bladder training, pelvic muscle exercises, biofeedback, urethral plugs, intravaginal prosthesis, electrical stimulation, periurethral injections, and reconstructive surgery. However, there is still a lack of effective minimally invasive treatment options that are independent of patient compliance. One emerging approach of minimally invasive SUI therapy is pelvic floor reinforcement using laser therapy. The primary objective of this post-marketing study is to confirm the effectiveness and safety of the FotonaSmooth® device in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence (SUI) in a large number of females using objective and subjective methods. Patients with stress incontinence will be assigned to two groups, an active group, where the Fotona Dynamis Er:YAG Laser System will be used, and a sham group where a very low laser setting will be used, and parameter presentations will be masked. Participants will be adult females, 18 years old and older with clinical and urodynamic diagnosis of Stress Urinary Incontinence, who have had no significant improvement in urinary incontinence from at least one previous conservative treatment, such as behavioral measures, pelvic floor muscle training or the use of absorbent pads
The Effect of New-style Vaginal Repair Mesh in the Treatment of Female Stress Urinary Incontinence...
Stress Urinary IncontinenceThe study is to explore the effectiveness of a new-style anterior vaginal wall mesh in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence(SUI). Meshes were made by Gynemech TM PS, (Johnson & Johnson Shanghai Medical Equipment Co. China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA) registration No. 3460365, size 10 × 15cm). Meshes were cut to appropriate size. The incontinence questionnaire summary table (ICIQ-SF), pad test, urodynamic and other diagnostic tests were used for preoperative assessment and the evaluation of postoperative surgical outcome and complication. The results were compared with the one-year cure rates of Burch and trans vaginal taping (TVT) surgeries. The analysis indicated that the surgery using the new-style anterior vaginal mesh, as a minimally invasive procedure, not only achieved its expectation with similar cure rate to Burch, TVT/ trans vaginal taping obturator (TVT-O) surgeries, but also has lower economic cost and complication rate than the TVT /TVT-O approach. The evaluation of long-term treatment effect needs further follow-up of the patients.

Urinary Stress IncontinenceThe purpose of this study is compare the effect of laser and of kinesiotherapy in the treatment of women with stress urinary incontinence
Autologous Versus Synthetic Versus Biological Sling for Trans-obturator Correction of Urinary Stress...
Stress Urinary IncontinenceThe treatment of urinary stress incontinence with trans-obturator approach, know as transobturatory tape (TOT), is a largely used sling-adopting procedures. The efficacy and safety of this minimally invasive surgery have been demonstrated, also in comparison with similar procedures, i.e transvaginal tape (TVT). To date the results of TOT in terms of efficacy and safety described in literature mainly refer to procedure in which synthetic materials are used, whereas few data regarding the use of biological materials are available. Moreover, despite the well known benefits of the available synthetic and eterologue kit, their use may be limited by the high cost of these materials. At this proposal it can be suggested as alternative option the possibility to perform the procedure using an autologous tissue, i.e. rectus fascia, and reusable introductory needles. Based on these considerations the aim of this trial will be to compare autologous, synthetic and biological mesh for TOT in women with urinary stress incontinence.
