Urinary incontinence affects more than 200 million people worldwide. In women, childbirth or menopausal aging atrophic vagina, lack of estrogen stimulation of muscular turgor of the vagina, decrease tone of the urogenital diaphragm, attenuation and weakening of the urethral sphincter all result in stress incontinence, urge incontinence and sometimes mixed incontinence respectively. The purpose of this study is to evaluate reconstructive lipoplasty with micro-fragmented autologous adipose tissue (Lipogems®) in female patients with stress urinary incontinence. This is a prospective study of 25 subjects that will be evaluated over a period of one year. The treatment consist of the injection of micro fragmented adipose tissue, previously extracted from the patient in the area of the urethral sphyncter. Patients will have follow ups at 6 months with Urodynamic studies to measure the pre-post injection differences to-date. Visual analog score questionnaire and report in subjective improvement, pad use and stress cough test will be documented at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months follow-up.

Comparison of perineal sonography in men before and after radical prostatectomy and in incontinent men after radical prostatectomy before and after operative treatment with male sling and comparison with pre- and postoperative functional MRI Inclusion / Exclusion criteria: Inclusion: male, elder than 18years, planned RALP or history of RALP and PPSUI (Post Prostatectomy Stress Urinary Incontinence). Exclusion: Patients with history of urinary incontinence before radical prostatectomy. Patients with history of radiotherapy in the pelvis. Other diseases involving pelvic floor.

Urinary incontinence will develop after prolapse repair in approximately one quarter of patients with advanced pelvic organ prolapse who remain continent despite significant loss of anterior vaginal and pelvic organ support. Many women with advanced pelvic organ prolapse who choose to undergo surgical management also choose to undergo continence surgery in order to prevent new onset urinary incontinence.

Background: Patients' life quality and physical and mental health are seriously affected by Urgent Urinary Incontinence(UUI). The cause is not clear at present. It has been found that the injury of the prefrontal lobe and damage to the surrounding cerebral cortex leads to significant lower urinary tract dysfunction. Therefore, some scholars believe that urinary axis of the brain exist between the urinary system and the central nervous system, and the two are controlled by each other. Therefore, to study central conduction in patients with UUI and changes of physiology, pathology, brain chemical, brain structure in brain functional area caused by central sensitivity, in particular, changes in urine control cognition and midbrain limbic system (including memory function areas) in the brain, is beneficial to more in-depth understanding of its pathogenesis and treatment options. The Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging provides a possibility for the study. Method / design:Taking female UUI patients as target, through questionnaire survey, voiding diary, specialist physique, examination,ultrasonic examination of pelvic floor muscle, urodynamic examination and three sequence magnetic resonance scanning, after analyzing structural image of brian, resting functional images, dispersion tensor image, comparing with the normal control group and the female UUI group, before and after behavioral therapy in patients with UUI, and those who have no urinary incontinence and those who still have urinary incontinence after behavioral treatment, specific brain function biomarkers for female UUI patients are found and the brain function mechanism of the female UUI is to be explored in this project. Discussion: This study breaks through the traditional limitations on the cause of incontinence.And it is the first time,the mental/behavior indicators of uui patients were combined with fMRI(Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging) to explore biomarkers of brain and brain structural changes in patients .Then,it is becoming more and more important that the personalized treatment by building a UUI digital model using fMRI.

Pelvic organ prolapse occurs when the muscles holding pelvic organs (e.g., the uterus or bladder) weaken and the organs fall or slide down into the vagina. Pelvic organ prolapse can be corrected with surgery. However, women who have this surgery may develop urinary incontinence. This study will determine how doctors can predict this problem and whether an additional surgical procedure at the time of prolapse surgery can prevent the development of urinary incontinence.
