The purpose of this study is to find out if performing a progressive, supervised assisted exercise program on a stationary bike improves quality of life, increases motivation to continue to exercise, improves dietary behavior and leads to sustained weight loss in women who have had early-stage endometrial cancer. Questionnaires will be used to assess exercise motivation and dietary behavior. Brain's responses to different visual images will also be assessed.

Biobehavioral Intervention in Gynecologic Oncology Patients
NeoplasmsOvarian Neoplasms2 moreBaseline self-report outcome measures will be completed and additional assessments will occur mid-treatment , post-treatment , 3 months following completion of all sessions, and 6 months following completion of all sessions. Patients and therapists will complete the evaluation measures in private (at home, in an office). At the University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Center, BBI treatment is offered in group and individual formats. The course of individual treatment varies and group treatment consists of 10 1.5-hour weekly sessions in the "intensive" phase, followed by 2 1.5-hour bi-weekly maintenance sessions. Individual treatment is one-on-one. In group treatment, there are typically 6-12 patients per group and 1 or 2 therapists. The intervention helps patients to learn adaptive coping strategies and how to apply them to daily stressors. Additional content discusses use of seeking information, enhancing social support, enhancing body esteem and intimacy, and maintaining positive changes.
Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT) for the Pelvis Post-Hysterectomy
Uterine CancerCervical Cancer1 moreThe goal of this clinical research study is to use CT scans to find any changes in position of the vagina and pelvic lymph node areas during the course of IMRT radiation therapy. Treatment can then be adjusted in order to "spare" as much normal tissue as possible during radiation therapy. Another goal is to study the side effects of IMRT radiation therapy.

Cervical CancerUterine Cancer1 moreAlthough nerve-sparing surgery has been introduced for female patients with the pelvic tumors, its success rate depends on operators. To achieve consistency of surgical procedure, It is necessary to adopt pelvic autonomic nerve monitoring technique. The Aims of this study is Development of pelvic autonomic nerve monitoring system (PAMS I) by using urodynamic system. Evaluation of autonomic nerve sparing by intraoperative monitoring with PAMS I Evaluating the efficacy of PAMS I by intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IOM)
Rapid First Contact Using Virtual Visits to Improve Time-To-Treatment for Uterine Cancer
Uterine CancerThis project aims to evaluate whether rapid first contact with the oncologist the same day or the next day after pathologic diagnosis contributes to a decreased time to treatment, decreased patient anxiety and increased patient satisfaction.
