Venous Leg UlcerDiabetic Foot UlcerThis study will be a multicenter, prospective, open label, one-arm study intended to assess the clinical performance and safety of EX-02 in debridement of lower leg ulcers: Venous Leg Ulcers (VLU) and Diabetic Foot Ulcer (DFU). In addition, the pharmacology effect of EX-02 will be assessed. Lower leg ulcer size between 2 cm2 and 80 cm2 (surface area).

Varicose VeinsVeins Diseases1 moreThis is a one-arm, open label, prospective, single center study to evaluate clinical standardization with Theraclion's Sonovein 2 HIFU device. The original Sonovein device was tested in a clinical trial in 50 subjects and received CE Mark. That device has been updated yielding the current version of Sonovein 2. Based on the technical similarities between both devices in term of design, performance and principle of operation, the clinical data for Sonovein is sufficient to assure conformity of the Sonovein 2 with the respected essential requirements. At the same time, the compagny wishes to pursue the standardisation of the clinical practice with the second generation device and is, therefore, conducting this limited trial in 20 evaluable cases (from the planned 22 patients to be included). A "case" is defined as procedure conducted on a distinct vein.

Venous Leg UlcerVenous Ulcer2 moreHistorically, venous leg ulcers have been very difficult to manage, with associated poor healing rates, and the likelihood of recurrence. Even following correction of underlying venous dysfunction, ulcers can take time to respond to conventional treatment with compression therapy. Recently, the leg ulcer service in Gloucestershire - part of the vascular surgical team - have been using an interactive dressing called UrgoStart Plus under compression therapy in the management of chronic venous leg ulcers and we have experienced some positive outcomes for otherwise recalcitrant ulcers. A previous study published in 2017 by Meaume et al demonstrated a reduction in wound surface area after 8 weeks of treatment with UrgoStart Plus. However, whether or not use of the dressing, in combination with compression bandages, improves 12-week healing rates, remains an unanswered question. The aim of the proposed study is to provide an evaluation of this interactive dressing when used under compression bandages and to compare 12-week healing rates with a similar cohort of patients who have been treated with a simple low adherent dressing under compression. This has been our gold standard up to now and we have been collecting prospective data from patients treated in our unit.

Chronic UlcerINTRODUCTION: Vascular ulcers are an important pathology in the daily medical practice in all the assistance levels, and they have big repercussion referring to individual, social and labour levels, supposing a big consumption of human and material resources.The cure with autologous platelet rich plasma (autologous PRP) has demonstrated in different studies a decrease in the cicatrization time comparing to conventional methods in hospital levels, which becomes interesting contrasting its efficacy in primary care. AIM:Evaluate the practicability, security and potential of the autologous PRP in the treatment of vascular ulcers, comparing to the conventional treatment ( cure with humid environment), in primary care patients with chronic venous insufficiency in C-6 degree (CEAP classification). DESIGN:A pilot study will be executed, which will consist in a randomized clinical test, multicentred, in parallel groups and opened. 40 patients suffering of venous vascular ulcers will be studied, who will be between the age of 40-80 years old, and who will be attached to five health centers. Variables for the identification, following, result and patient profile have been defined. Emphasize the variables of "ulcer area decreasing", "CIVIQ index", "% one cure per week" .

Vehicle looks the same as HP802-247 but contains no cells.
