Fludarabine Phosphate, Low-Dose Total-Body Irradiation, and Donor Stem Cell Transplant Followed...
Acute Undifferentiated LeukemiaAdult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell Lymphoma63 moreThis clinical trial studies fludarabine phosphate, low-dose total-body irradiation, and donor stem cell transplant followed by cyclosporine, mycophenolate mofetil, and donor lymphocyte infusion in treating patients with hematopoietic cancer. Giving low doses of chemotherapy, such as fludarabine phosphate, and total body irradiation (TBI) before a donor peripheral blood stem cell transplant helps stop the growth of cancer cells. It may also keep the patient's immune response from rejecting the donor's stem cells. The donated stem cells may replace the patient's immune cells and help destroy any remaining cancer cells (graft-versus-tumor effect). Giving an infusion of the donor's T cells (donor lymphocyte infusion) after the transplant may help increase this effect. Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can also make an immune response against the body's normal cells. Giving cyclosporine and mycophenolate mofetil after the transplant may stop this from happening.
Oxaliplatin in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
Angioimmunoblastic T-cell LymphomaExtranodal Marginal Zone B-cell Lymphoma of Mucosa-associated Lymphoid Tissue15 morePhase II trial to study the effectiveness of oxaliplatin in treating patients who have relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die
A Study of Mavorixafor in Combination With Ibrutinib in Participants With Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia...
Waldenstrom's MacroglobulinemiaThe primary objective of the study is to establish a pharmacologically active dose of mavorixafor in combination with ibrutinib based on pooled safety, clinical response, pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) data to select the recommended dose for a randomized registrations trial.
Ph I Trial of NAM NK Cells and IL-2 for Adult Pts With MM and NHL
Multiple MyelomaNon-Hodgkin Lymphoma6 moreThis is a phase I trial with pilot expansion of HLA-haploidentical or HLA-mismatched related donor nicotinamide expanded-natural killer (NAM-NK) cell based therapy for patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (MM) or relapsed/refractory CD20-positive non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). The primary endpoint of the study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of NAM-NK cells while maintaining safety.
BI-1206 and an Anti-CD20 Antibody in Patients With CD32b Positive B-cell Lymphoma or Leukaemia
B-cell LymphomaChronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia1 moreThe purpose of this trial is to identify the tolerable dose of BI-1206 (both alone and in combination) for patients with B-cell lymphoma and leukaemia and further evaluate BI-1206 alone and in combination with an anti-CD20 antibody.
Study of High-dose Influenza Vaccine Efficacy by Repeated Dosing IN Gammopathy Patients
InfluenzaMultiple Myeloma3 moreThe investigators' hypothesis is that the administration of Fluzone® High-Dose with booster to all patients with monoclonal gammopathies (irrespective of age) will lead to seroconversion rates exceeding 50% and more importantly, will reduce influenza-related morbidity, reduce interruptions in cancer therapy and may reduce disease progression at the end of the flu season
Study of ADCT-402 in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Lineage Non Hodgkin Lymphoma (B-NHL)...
Non-Hodgkin LymphomaBurkitt's Lymphoma12 moreThis study evaluates ADCT-402 in participants with Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Lineage Non Hodgkin Lymphoma (B-NHL). Participants will participate in a dose escalation phase (Part 1) and dose expansion (Part 2). In Part 2, participants will receive the dose level identified in Part 1.
Bortezomib and Filgrastim to Promote Stem Cell Mobilization in Patients With Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma...
Adult Grade III Lymphomatoid GranulomatosisB-cell Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia88 moreThis clinical trial studies peripheral blood hemapoietic stem cell mobilization with the combination of bortezomib and G-CSF (filgrastim) in multiple myeloma and non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients.
MORAb-004 in Treating Young Patients With Recurrent or Refractory Solid Tumors or Lymphoma
Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma46 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of MORAb-004 in treating young patients with recurrent or refractory solid tumors or lymphoma. Monoclonal antibodies, such as MORAb-004, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them
Bortezomib, Rituximab, and Dexamethasone With or Without Temsirolimus in Treating Patients With...
Recurrent Follicular LymphomaRecurrent Mantle Cell Lymphoma9 moreThis randomized phase I/II trial studies the side effects and the best dose of temsirolimus when given together with bortezomib, rituximab, and dexamethasone and to see how well they work compared to bortezomib, rituximab, and dexamethasone alone in treating patients with untreated or relapsed Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia or relapsed or refractory mantle cell or follicular lymphoma. Bortezomib and temsirolimus may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Bortezomib may also stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking blood flow to the tumor. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer growth in difference ways. Some block the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as dexamethasone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. It is not yet known whether bortezomib, rituximab, and dexamethasone are more effective with temsirolimus in treating non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
