Allo HSCT Using RIC for Hematological Diseases

Acute Myelogenous LeukemiaAcute Lymphocytic Leukemia16 more

This is a phase II trial using a non-myeloablative cyclophosphamide/ fludarabine/total body irradiation (TBI) preparative regimen followed by a related or unrelated donor stem cell infusion. The primary objective is to evaluate rates of acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) grades II-IV and chronic GVHD with an updated GVHD prophylaxis of tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) with a non-myeloablative preparative regimen in persons with hematologic malignancies.

Bendamustine Hydrochloride, Etoposide, Dexamethasone, and Filgrastim For Peripheral Blood Stem Cell...

Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma27 more

This phase II trial is studying how well giving bendamustine hydrochloride, etoposide, dexamethasone, and filgrastim together for peripheral stem cell mobilization works in treating patients with refractory or recurrent lymphoma or multiple myeloma. Giving chemotherapy, such as bendamustine hydrochloride, etoposide, and dexamethasone, before a peripheral stem cell transplant stops the growth of cancer cells by stopping them from dividing or killing them. Giving colony-stimulating factors, such as filgrastim, and certain chemotherapy drugs helps stem cells move from the bone marrow to the blood so they can be collected and stored

Monoclonal Antibody Therapy and Peripheral Stem Cell Transplant in Treating Patients With Non-Hodgkin's...

Contiguous Stage II Adult Diffuse Large Cell LymphomaContiguous Stage II Adult Diffuse Small Cleaved Cell Lymphoma48 more

This phase I trial is studying how well monoclonal antibody therapy with peripheral stem cell transplant works in treating patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Peripheral stem cell transplant may allow the doctor to give higher doses of monoclonal antibodies and kill more cancer cells

Ibrutinib for the Treatment of Patients With B-Cell Malignancies Who Are Infected With Coronavirus...

Asymptomatic COVID-19 Infection Laboratory-ConfirmedB-Cell Neoplasm7 more

This phase II trial studies the effects of ibrutinib in treating patients with B-cell malignancies who are infected with COVID-19. Ibrutinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Ibrutinib is a first in class Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor (BTKi), for the treatment of B-cell malignancies. This study is being done to determine if taking ibrutinib after contracting COVID-19 will make symptoms better or worse.

Alemtuzumab in Treating Patients With Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia

Lymphoma

RATIONALE: Monoclonal antibodies, such as alemtuzumab, can locate tumor cells and either kill them or deliver tumor-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying how well alemtuzumab works in treating patients with Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia.

Antineoplaston Therapy in Treating Patients With Recurrent or Refractory Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia...

Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia

Current therapies for Recurrent or Refractory Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia provide very limited benefit to the patient. The anti-cancer properties of Antineoplaston therapy suggest that it may prove beneficial in the treatment of Recurrent or Refractory Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia. PURPOSE: This study is being performed to determine the effects (good and bad) that Antineoplaston therapy has on patients with Recurrent or Refractory Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia.
