Effects and Pathophysiology of Weight Training on Pregnancy-related Pelvic Girdle Pain (PPGP)
Pelvic Girdle PainIn recent years, due to the popularity of exercise during pregnancy, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends that pregnant women should engage in 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week, including aerobic exercise or weight training. This can help reduce pregnancy complications (such as preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, pelvic pain, etc.) and does not increase the risk of miscarriage or premature birth. Pelvic pain during pregnancy is the most troublesome problem for pregnant women, often affecting their daily lives and mental health, leading to the need for long-term use of painkillers and even affecting their daily routine and sleep. Currently, research has also found that exercise during pregnancy can improve pelvic pain during pregnancy and reduce the inconvenience caused by pain in daily life. However, weight training can strengthen spinal stability and reduce lower back pain problems in non-pregnant individuals, but there is currently no research discussing whether weight training for pregnant women can improve pelvic pain during pregnancy, possibly because weight training for pregnant women is not widely accepted by society and is often associated with misconceptions and prejudices. Recent literature synthesis analysis tells us that weight training during pregnancy does not increase the risk of premature birth or miscarriage. Pregnant women in supervised moderate-intensity weight training do not endanger the health of the mother or fetus, and the safety is sufficient. Therefore, we hope to understand the effects and mechanisms of weight training during pregnancy on pelvic pain during pregnancy through this study.

DAREON™-5: A Study to Test Whether Different Doses of BI 764532 Help People With Small Cell Lung...
Small Cell Lung CarcinomaNeuroendocrine NeoplasmsThis study is open to adults with small cell lung cancer and other neuroendocrine tumours. The study is in people with advanced cancer for whom previous treatment was not successful or no standard treatment exists. The purpose of this study is to find a suitable dose of BI 764532 that people with advanced cancer can tolerate when taken alone. 2 different doses of BI 764532 are tested in this study. Another purpose is to check whether BI 764532 can make tumours shrink. BI 764532 is an antibody-like molecule (DLL3/CD3 bispecific) that may help the immune system fight cancer. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. One group gets dose 1 of BI 764532 and the other group gets dose 2 of BI 764532. Participants get BI 764532 infusions into a vein when starting treatment. If there is benefit for the participants and if they can tolerate it, the treatment is given up to the maximum duration of the study. During this time, participants visit the study site regularly. The total number of visits depends on how they respond to and tolerate the treatment. The first study visits include an over-night stay to monitor participants' safety. Doctors record any unwanted effects and regularly check the general health of the participants.

Comparison of Femoral Nerve Block Versus Fascia Iliaca Compartment Block for Pain Control in Traumatic...
Regional Anesthesia MorbidityPediatric orthopedic surgical procedures require a multimodal approach for anesthetic management that maximizes both patient comfort and safety. (1) A multimodal strategy for perioperative pain management is often required for children undergoing orthopedic surgery including pharmacological methods, and regional anesthesia (R.A). (1,2) Recent guidelines published jointly by the European Society of Regional Anesthesia (ESRA) and the American Society of Regional Anesthesia (ASRA) recommend that regional blocks can and should preferably be performed under general anesthesia or deep sedation in children of all ages. (3,4) Many studies investigated the safety of regional pediatric nerve blocks These studies showed pediatric complication rates consistent with adult data. These complications include nerve injury, intravascular injection and local anesthetics systemic toxicity (LAST), and acute compartmental syndrome. these complications have been minimized by ultrasound-guided nerve block in pediatrics. (5) The annual incidence of pediatric femoral fractures is estimated to be 19 per 100,000. Femoral fractures are usually associated with other injuries such as intracranial hemorrhages, lung contusions, hemothorax or pneumothorax, and other organ injuries which make regional anesthesia (R.A) is preferable as a sole technique or combined with general anesthesia to decrease the overall dosage of anesthetics and opioids. (6) The most tangible advantage of RA is profound and prolonged pain relief. Alternatively, pain relief can be given by opioids which are known to cause nausea, vomiting, respiratory depression, decrease in gut motility and increase apneic spells in the population vulnerable to the same. Nonsteroidal anti- inflammatory drugs can affect the immature renal system adversely. RA offers pain relief without changing the physiological milieu. (7) Fascia iliaca Compartment Block (FICB) has been widely used for postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing hip, femoral bone, and knee surgical procedures. FICB was first introduced by Dalens et al in 1989. This regional plane block technique was used to block the femoral nerve and the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve of the thigh and the obturator nerve with a high level of safety and success, well-suited for the anterolateral surgeries of the thigh. (8,9) Femoral nerve block (FNB) has been widely used for postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing hip, and femoral bone surgical procedures, it provides anesthesia and analgesia for the lateral aspect of the thigh and the femur bone. (10,11) FICB has a wider range of anesthesia and analgesia in lower limbs compared to FNB. but the use of dilute injectate in FICB may minimize sensory and motor block than FNB. (1,16) This study will be conducted to evaluate the effects of FICB vs FNB in pain control in pediatrics undergoing femoral fracture repair surgery.

VAH Versus VA for Salvage Therapy of R/R-AML
Venetoclax Combined With Azacitidine Plus HomoharringtonineVenetoclax Combined With AzacitidineThis is a prospective, multi-center, phase 3 randomized controlled clinical study comparing VAH and VA regimens for the salvage treatment of the patients with relapsed/refractory AML. Approximately 164 subjects will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive VAH regimen (82 subjects) or VA regimen (82 subjects) for salvage therapy. Randomization is done with permuted blocks (block size four), and implemented through an interactive web-based response system. VAH regimen: VEN begins at 100 mg on day 1 and increases stepwise over 3 days to reach the target dose of 400 mg (100 mg, 200 mg, 400 mg); dosing is continued at 400 mg per day from day 4 through day 14; azacitidine (75 mg/m²) is administered subcutaneously on days 1-7, and HHT (1 mg/m²) on days 1-7. VA regimen: The use of VEN is just the same as it dose in VAH regimen except lasting for 28 days. The use of azacitidine is exactly the same as VAH group does. The primary endpoint was overall response rate (ORR) after 2 cycles of trial therapy. The secondary endpoints were CRc after 2 cycles of trial therapy, overall survival (OS), event-free survival (EFS) and relapse at 2 year, and safety.

A Clinical Study of Portal Vein Embolization and Liver Venous Deprivation
Liver Venous DeprivationThe main obstacle to achieving R0 resection in future liver remnant(FLR) deficient liver cancer is the inability to retain sufficient FLR to avoid postoperative liver failure. From the initial portal vein embolization(PVE), to the later ALPPS, this problem has been solved to some extent. However, both have their own shortcomings. The effect of liver hyperplasia after PVE is poor and the waiting time is long. The incidence of complication and mortality after ALPPS is always the focus of controversy. In recent years, LVD has emerged, combining PVE and HVE in the one operation. This topic will conduct a clinical controlled study of PVE and LVD.
