A NEW SCORING SYSTEM FOR PREDICTION OF PDA
Patent Ductus ArteriosusPrematurity; ExtremePatent ductus arteriosus (PDA) is an important morbidity of that the diagnosis and treatment is controversy in premature infants. A number of scoring systems have been developed, including the findings of echocardiography on the diagnosis and treatment of PDA. This study aimed to develop a new clinical scoring system that will enable the rapid, standard and noninvasive evaluation of hemodynamically significant PDA earlier, without relying on echocardiographic findings in premature babies with extremely low birth weight, and to determine the role of this scoring system in early diagnosis and treatment.

Clinical Evaluation of AI-aided Auscultation With Automatic Classification of Respiratory System...
WheezingRhonchi2 moreIn the present trial, the StethoMe electronic stethoscope will be used for pulmonary auscultation and recording of lung sounds in the pediatric study population.

Assessment of Interstitial Lung Disease in Rheumatoid Arthritis by Lung Ultrasound
Lung DiseasesLung Diseases2 moreThe high resolution chest scan is the gold standard for the screening of interstitial lung disease, but this remains an onerous examination, and irradiating. Ultrasound could be used to detect these disorders with a very good sensitivity and specificity. This exam offers the advantage of being non radiating, inexpensive, and accessible to the rheumatologist who already uses it in their daily practice. The investigators want to assess the lung ultrasound performance compared with the gold standard. Patients will be included during a regular follow-up consultation with their referent rheumatologist. If there is an indication of first line biotherapy or targeted therapy the doctor will propose to the patient to participate in the study, give him the information leaflet, collect orally non-opposition, and will complete a survey for evaluation of the general health and potential risk factors for interstitial lung.

Jaw Muscle Function in Patients With Tension-type Headache
Headache DisordersTension-Type HeadachePatients with tension-type headache (TTH) and migraine often experience musculoskeletal complaints, like neck pain and/or jaw pain. Earlier studies have revealed an association between different headache types and neck pain and discussed the possible role of the cervical muscles. Furthermore, patients with neck pain show a decrease in motor control of the jaw, without having any other signs of TMD. Similarly, studies in patients with TMD have only found an indication for poorer neck muscle function. Patients with TMD also show a decrease in bite force and force steadiness compared to healthy controls. It is however, unknown if bite force and force steadiness are similarly impaired in patients with headache and/or neck pain. The current study will take a closer look at the jaw muscle function of in patients with TTH, with and without neck pain.

Validity Of Ultrasound As Regards Correlation To Cormack-Lehane Grading In Obese Patients
Difficult Airway IntubationSince the introduction of real-time ultrasound (US) capabilities, ultrasound technology has been adopted and incorporated into daily practice by many medical and surgical specialties. Using US to help assess the difficult airway constitutes just yet another valuable application of this versatile technology . Since many anesthesia providers had already acquired proficiency in US techniques in US guided vascular access and regional nerve blocks, using US to evaluate the airway could be learned and mastered without too much difficulty. Ultrasound of the upper airway may prove to become a useful adjunct to conventional clinical assessment tools, as it has been successful in visualizing the relevant anatomy and critical structures of the airway..

Definition of ARDS in Qinghai Province: Verification of Berlin Definition Plateau Criteria
ARDSHigh AltitudeThe severity stratification criteria for acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) in Xi'ning Qinghai province (mean altitude: 2200m) were clarified according to the oxygenation index (PaO2/FiO2).

Bradycardia Risk Stratification With Loop Recorder After Syncope
Implantable Loop RecorderSyncope is a common symptom that may be related to a conductive disorder. If no bradycardia is authenticated, it is often necessary to implant an implantable loop recorder. In somes cases, implantable loop recorder records cardiac conductive disorders. In this study, we want to try to identify a group of patients for whom we could immediately implant a pacemaker without prior implantation of an implantable loop recorder given the high probability of implantation of a pacemaker after interrogation of the implantable loop recorder. It would be interesting for the reduction of interventions for the patients and for the economic aspect of the healthcare system

Comparing Wound Area Reduction of Non-healing DFUs Using MolecuLight i:X Versus Standard of Care...
Non Healing Diabetic Foot UlcerThis is a 12 week, randomized controlled trial. There are 2 arms and 20 patients with non healing diabetic foot ulcer allocated in each arm. One arm receives i:X guided treatment and the other arm receives standard of care treatment. Our primary objective is to compare the wound area reduction in both arms.

A Survey of Management of Analgesia, Sedation and Delirium in ICU Patients in China
Delirium on EmergenceAnalgesia1 moreIn 2018, the severe medicine branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the American Society of severe medicine successively updated the pain and sedation guidelines for severe patients (PADIS guidelines). In addition to the update of the original evaluation and management of pain and sedation and delirium, the new guidelines also increased the monitoring and management of early activities and sleep quality for severe patients. Therefore, it is necessary for us to investigate the compliance of the new guidelines for analgesia, sedation and delirium management among the medical staff of critical care, so as to find out the existing problems in the management of analgesia, sedation and delirium in critical care patients, and find solutions to improve the overall quality level of our management of critical care patients

A Study on the Prevalence of Mutation of Cerebrotendinous Xanthomatosis (CTX)
XanthomatosisCerebrotendinousThis is a prospective, non-drug epidemological cohort study aimed to investigate the relatives of these cases with CTX-specific gene mutation and clinical features of CTX disease over CTX index cases diagnosed with CTX disease throughout the clinics in Turkey. Relatives included in the study (relatives of CTX index cases) will be taken into clinical and genetic evaluation. Relatives will not receive any experimental intervention or treatment because of their participation in the study. Therefore, this study does not include a treatment protocol or does not have a predetermined visit flow chart. However, relatives of CTX index cases should give consent to genetic testing.
