Emotional Support and Stress Management in Patients Diagnosed With COVID-19
COVID-19The aim of the study is to identify the knowledge that CCSPT nurses have in relation to care aimed at addressing anxiety, fear or loneliness and the use they have made of it in the recent crisis. The design of the research/action will also enable the training of the participating professionals to improve nursing care in these areas in the future

Balance Disorders Related to Pregnancy
BalancePostural2 morePrimary aim of this study is to evaluate postural equilibrium and risk of falls during pregnancy by comparing static postural stability between pregnant and non-pregnant control women. Secondary aim is to find out predisposing factors of falling during pregnancy using by validated questionnaires focused on exercise activities and self-evaluation of postural stability. The investigators also determine level of vitamin D in the blood.

Non-curative ESDs: Assessing the Rates and Risk Factors for Residual Neoplasia
Gastric NeoplasmEsophageal Neoplasms1 moreShort and long outcomes of ESD are well described, particularly in Eastern series. However, the outcome of non-curative ESDs is scarcely reported in the west (particularly among non-gastric or submucosal lesions). Therefore, the aim of this project is to describe the European experience with non-curative ESDs, analysing all the consecutive ESDs performed in several reference centers, assessing the presence of residual lesion in the endoscopic follow-up or in the surgical specimen.

CLE and OCT in Acute Respiratory Insufficiency
Acute Respiratory Failure (Non Resolving)Acute respiratory distress syndrome is a severe complication of critical illness. The diagnosis of ARDS is difficult, and it could be important to differentiate ARDS from other causes of acute respiratory failure. Innovative probe-based imaging techniques such as 'Confocal Laser Endomicroscopy' (CLE) and Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) are high resolution optical techniques that, combined with conventional bronchoscopy, have been found to provide non-invasive, real-time near-histology information about the alveolar compartment in non ventilated non-critically ill patients.

Research of Diagnostic Value for BMJ Infants
JaundiceNeonatalBreast milk jaundice (BMJ) is the main cause of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Excessive serum unconjugated bilirubin level will not only cause the interruption or early termination of breastfeeding, but also cause kernicterus. Which can cause long-term dysfunction in infants. But for a long time, BMJ diagnosis has relied on clinical exclusive methods, lack of objective and reliable laboratory indicators. Which leads to misdiag. This project is a single-center, prospective nested case-control study. It is planned to establish a neonatal BMJ cohort. According to the admission criteria, 100 cases of early-onset BMJ and late-onset BMJ will be completed, and 100 healthy controls collected during the same period. , Compare the detection results of fecal miRNA and intestinal flora of the two groups of BMJ children and healthy controls, draw the ROC curve of the joint diagnosis, conduct research on the combined diagnostic value of fecal miRNA and intestinal flora analysis, and try to find the feasibility and practical value of diagnostic markers for feces in infants with BMJ.

Physical Activity Level During Pregnancy
Physical ActivityWell-beingThis study examines (1) the extent and intensity of physical activity among women in different phases of their pregnancy and (2) the relationship between patterns of physical activity in pregnancy and well-being.

MOGGE PAR Scores for Prediction of Outcomes of PAS
Placenta Accreta SpectrumPlacenta accreta spectrum (PAS) is a set of placentation disorders that are associated with trophoblastic invasion through the physiologic decidual-myometrial junction zone. PAS may be associated with massive obstetric hemorrhage, surgical injuries, maternal intensive care unit (ICU) admission, reoperation, and prolonged hospitalization. This study aims at estimating the validity of "MOGGE placenta accreta risk-antepartum score" or "MOGGE PAR-A score" in predicting potential outcomes once PAS is diagnosed antenatally. In addition, it evaluates the validity of "MOGGE placenta accreta risk-peripartum score" or "MOGGE PAR-P score" in calculating the probability of the same outcomes using baseline features in conjugation with both disease-and surgery-related peripartum variables, thereby, assist designation of the most suitable management. Finally , MOGGE CON-PAS score was created for the subgroup of women who were subject to conservative management to predict probability of uterine preservation success.

Network Analysis of Adult MDD and ADHD
ADHDThe study is an investigation to determine co-morbid symptoms between adult major depressive disorder (MDD) and adult attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) using a novel statistical technique called network analysis.

AMH and Pregnancy Outcome in IVF
AMHAnti-Mu¨llerian hormone (AMH) is an established marker of ovarian reserve (La Marca et al., 2010; Nelson et al., 2009) and predicts both high and low responses in ovarian stimulation cycles (Eldar-Geva et al., 2005; Nardo et al., 2009; Nelson et al., 2007). Presently, AMH helps clinicians counsel patients prior to IVF treatment (La Marca et al., 2011), despite the fact that it fails to predict who will become pregnant (Lamazou et al., 2011; Riggs et al., 2011). It has been demonstrated that poor responders can achieve both pregnancy and live birth (Weghofer et al., 2011). There are few studies regarding extremely low AMH concentrations and live births (Fraisse et al., 2008; Tocci et al., 2009; Weghofer et al., 2011) and they present either a small number of patients or limited data describing the groups of investigated patients. Another factor affecting pregnancy rates is endometriosis, a chronic gynaecological disease characterized by the presence of functional endometrial tissue outside the uterine cavity (Koninckx et al., 1991). Many studies have reported that pregnancy rates are lower in women with endometriosis than in controls (Gupta et al., 2008; Koninckx et al., 1991 Pellicer et al., 2000). Lower AMH serum concentrations are associated with endometriosis severity (Shebl et al., 2006). The primary objective of the present study was to assess the clinical pregnancy rates in women with extremely low AMH concentrations with respect to age.

Heterogeneity and Evolution of hepatoceLlular Carcinoma in Post-transplant HCC Recurrence
Hepatocellular Carcinoma RecurrentLiver Transplant; ComplicationsObjective of Study: This study will evaluate the heterogeneity and evolution pathway between primary HCC and tumor relapse after liver transplant. According to the "Seed-Soil" theory, the primary hypothesis of this study is that HCC patients with different molecular-subtype experience altered different pattern of post-transplant recurrence, thus may have altered postoperative Recurrence-Free Survival (RFS). Because the donors' liver construct different microenvironment for CTC(circulating tumor cells) colonization. The investigators design this translational study to ①explore potential high recurrent risk HCC molecular-subtypes which might benefit from neoadjuvant systematic therapy or early adjuvant systematic therapy;②identify the molecular subtype heterogeneity of primary and recurrent HCC to guide the precision medicine.
