Effectiveness of the Routine Use of Extubation Protocol on the Incidence of Occurrence of Failures...
Respiratory InsufficiencyThe failure of extubation in pediatric resuscitation is most often described as the need for reintubation within 48 hours after extubation. The failure rate of extubation in pediatric intensive care varies in the literature there is between 4 and 22% failures. These failures result in increased mortality, morbidity with a use of larger tracheostomy, a prolonged residence time. The extubation is codified in adult resuscitation and tends to be increasingly in pediatric resuscitation. In the pediatric intensive care unit of Hautepierre, a extubation protocol already exists for some time, and was prepared to go. the current literature data. It allows the harmonization of practices in service (previously left to the discretion of each doctor). The investigators are looking to see if the protocol used systematically in the service enables a reduction in the incidence of occurrence of failures of extubation.

Electrical Impedance Tomography of Epilepsy
EpilepsyThe purpose of this study is to determine if Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) can produce reproducible and accurate images in people with epilepsy compared to existing standards such as MRI, CT or EEG. Electrical Impedance Tomography is a relatively new medical imaging method, which has the potential to provide novel images of brain function. It is fast, portable, safe and inexpensive, but currently has a relatively poor spatial resolution. It produces images of the internal electrical impedance of a subject with epilepsy using rings of ECG like electrodes on the skin, intracranial electrode mats or deep electrodes implemented surgically as part of clinical assessment. EIT recording will take place in parallel with the routine recording on the ward. Following completion of the recording, the EIT images will subsequently be analysed and compared to other imaging data for accuracy.

Epidemiology of Patients Consulting for Original LBP Spinal Adult Emergency
Lumbar PainLumbar pain is an extremely common complaint in general population. The direct and indirect costs incurred in are a real public health problem. Cohort studies show that improving symptoms after consultation for lumbar pain is insufficient, but there are few data on emergency medical and surgical services in France. In order to reflect on areas for improvement the investigators to carry out an inventory of consultations for lumbar pain emergencies of Hautepierre Hospital.

Infants Colics : Towards a Migrainous Origin ?
ColicInfantile2 moreAccording to recent studies, we want to find evidences that infant colics could be a episodic symptom associated to migraine as cyclic vomiting syndrome or abdominal migraine are. The main purpose is to compare the presence of colics in infants between 60 days and 180 days of life and the presence of migraine in their parents to determine if colicky children's parents are more migrainous than other parents.

Optimized Angiomammography and Comparison With Standard Angiomammography
Patients for Whom an Angiomammogram Examination is Requested Whether Its IndicationThis study will be proposed consecutively to any patient who angiomammography examination was requested by the clinician in charge of patient. A randomization will be performed between an angiomammography examination Standard (SenoBright®) and an optimized angiomammography examination. A blinded central re-reading of the acquisition technique will be carried out by 3 radiologists (2 seniors and 1 junior) who will evaluate: The intensity of lesion enhancement The presence and type of artefacts on the recombined images. The quality of low-energy images according to recognized criteria for mammography. The gold standard will be histology (biopsies or surgery) or follow-up to 1 year for non-biopsied benign lesions

Linezolid-resistant Staphylococcus Epidermidis in ICU and Risk Factors Analysis
Health Care Associated InfectionAntibiotic Resistant Strain1 moreUnderstanding the emergence of linezolid-resistance in Staphylococci has been allowed in the past years through the discovery of the clonal dissemination of a chromosomal cassette carrying a modified crf gene. New mutations have even been described. Though, clinical evidences are still lacking, especially concerning the factors associated to this emergence. It could seriously become quite problematic to eliminate one of the last therapeutic weapon at our disposal for the treatment of severe or complicated infections caused by resistant strains of Staphylococci and Enterococci. We aim to describe the mechanisms that permitted to this resistance to become clinically significant, concerning meticillin-resistant Staphyloccocus epidermidis strains causing blood stream infections in ICU patients, and show the clinical risk factors associated with it through a case-control study on patients hospitalized in two ICUs of our hospital between 2011 and 2016.

Pancreatic Cancer Models Developed From EUS Guided Biopsy Tissue
Pancreatic CancerPancreatic Adenocarcinoma1 morePancreatic cancer is a very aggressive cancer. Over the past 40 years there has not been much progress made in reducing deaths from this cancer. Recently, new models of pancreatic cancers have been generated from mouse and human tissues. These models have used larger pieces of tissues taken from surgical removal of pancreatic cancers. The purpose of this study is to determine whether these new pancreatic cancer models can be generated from the small biopsies we take to make the diagnosis of the pancreatic mass.

Optical Imaging For Assessment of Foot Perfusion
Ulcer FootDiabetesThis study is designed to evaluate the ability of Spatial Frequency Domain Imaging (SFDI) to measure perfusion in lower extremities and to understand how it might be used in a podiatry clinic.

Discovery of Novel Biomarkers That Will Lead to the Early Detection of Alzheimer's Disease
Mild Cognitive ImpairmentAlzheimer DiseaseThis study will perform a targeted metabolic analysis in blood and urine samples from subjects attending the Baylor AT&T Memory Center. The aim is to identify novel biomarkers that can distinguish normal aging subjects with no cognitive impairment from those with mild, moderate or severe cognitive impairment associated with Alzheimer's disease. Subjects will also be screened for B-vitamin deficiencies that may correlate with other metabolic biomarkers and Alzheimer's disease.

Analysis of Transcriptomic Profile of Graft-versus-host Disease (GHVD) After Allogeneic Grafting...
Graft Vs Host DiseaseHematopoietic Stem CellsGraft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is a frequent and severe complication of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSC), and is responsible for significant early mortality despite prophylactic strategies developed in recent decades, Especially since it is resistant to first-line treatment. The present diagnosis is difficult, non-specific and is based on the combination of an evocative clinical context (CSH allograft, time to appearance before J100, characteristic clinical manifestations), suggestive anatomo-pathological analysis (predominantly inflammatory infiltrate Lymphocyte, mucosal edema and presence of apoptotic bodies), and the exclusion of any differential diagnosis (in particular serology / negative viral PCR). However, to date there is no molecular characterization of this manifestation, and therefore no specific treatment. The nCounter® nanostring technology allows the rapid and simple analysis of the simultaneous expression of a group of genes (up to 800 on the same sample), from a very small amount of RNA, and from samples with difficulty Such as fabrics already fixed to formaldehyde and included in paraffin. It allows the detection of a "molecular signature" of the tissue analyzed. No transcriptomic analysis has ever been performed on human tissues with GVHD.
