Fingertip injuries are defined as injuries occurring distal to the insertion of the flexor and extensor tendons. These injuries are one of the most common trauma injuries presented in acute care settings, accounting for approximately 4.8 million emergency department visits per year in the United States.(1) Fingertip amputations may not constitute the majority among these fingertip injuries but can have a complex spectrum of injury. In these cases, the reconstruction methodologies focus on preserving the digital length, ensuring adequate soft tissue coverage, preserving the nail structure, achieving a well-contoured and painless fingertip, and restoring durable and sensate skin. There are so many factor that influence the result of composite graft in distal finger tip amputation. Investigators will collected the data including the size of amputee , shape, level of amputation, mechanism of amputation, if hyperbaric oxygen therapy, operation procedures.

Prospective Cohort Study of Outcome After Minimally Invasive Posterior Cervical Spine Surgery
Spinal CurvatureIn case of cervical foraminal stenosis without central stenosis, there are several options; anterior discectomy and fusion (ACDF), tubular retractor assisted micro-foraminotomy (MTPF) and posterior percutaneous cervical foraminotomy and discectomy (P-PECD). P-PECD is a modern technique and there was no RCT with MTPF, although P-PECD showed not inferior result to ACDF. Nowadays MTPF and P-PECD are minimally invasive surgical techniques, but there was no comparative study. The primary object of the study is to compare radiological outcome (segment angle) after MTPF or P-PECD.

Multiple SclerosisThis is a pilot study (a small scale study testing procedures so that the investigators can apply this to a larger scale study). This study will test the accuracy of a new brain scan (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) technique in predicting the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS) in patients where there is uncertainty about the diagnosis. For patients where there is a suspicion (but not definite) diagnosis of MS, an additional MRI brain scan will be offered. There will be no other research tests and the patient is followed up to see what the eventual diagnosis is. The investigators will then review the original brain scan to see if this predicted the diagnosis of MS or not.

Heart FailureThe Observational Study in the "Real World" of Implantable Electronic Cardiac Devices will enable the construction of an electronic database with local access to clinical information, which will collect and disseminate epidemiologic data on demography, cardiovascular mortality and morbidity, and potential risk factors for a selected group of patients.
