Ethnic Differences and the Ischemia/Bleeding Risk of DAPT Duration
Coronary Artery DiseasePercutaneous Coronary Intervention1 morethis study is an individual patient level meta-analysis of randomized clinical trials, to evaluate the influence of ethnicity, to study whether the relative tradeoff between ischemia and bleeding is distinct by ethnicity.

The Diagnostic Value of Acupoint Sensitization Based on Stable Angina Pectoris
Stable Angina PectorisAcupoint Sensitization2 moreInvestigators adopt cross-sectional study design to carry out the exemplary research in the aspects of disease diagnosis. This study is designed to confirm the hypothesis "acupoint sensitization is associated with a severity of angina pectoris, which may contribute to the diagnosis of stable angina pectoris". After the eligible participants recruited in group, the coronary artery lesions will be evaluated through coronary angiography and the Canadian Cardiovascular Society(CCS) angina pectoris classification will also be evaluated at the same time. The degree of acupoint sensitization will be tested by the electronic Von Frey instrument by one professional acupuncturist with total 12 acupoints, including Shenmen,Yinxi, Shaohao,Jiquan,Neiguan, Ximen, Quze, Shanzhong, Juque, Jueyinyu, Xinyu, Duyu. Analysis were conducted to explore relationships between the degree of acupoint sensitization, the degree of coronary artery stenosis and CCS angina pectoris classification. Diagnostic value will be further analyzed in the final step.

The Prospective Cohort Study on the Benefit-risk of Antithrombotic or Anticoagulant Therapy in Patients...
Intracranial AneurysmNatural History2 moreThis is a registry study of the natural course of unruptured intracranial aneurysms (UIA). In addition, the investigators will analyze the benefit-risk of antithrombotic or anticoagulant therapy in patients with unruptured intracranial aneurysms associated with ischemic heart disease or ischemic cerebrovascular disease. The investigators aim to use research data to create a China national database of UIA

Stroke Prevention and Treatment System in Shanghai: a Network of Public Healthcare of Stroke
StrokeThe Shanghai Stroke Service System(4S) has been established as the network of stroke care in greater Shanghai metropolitan area. The system includes 11 territorial-care hospitals and their comprehensive stroke unites that provide 24h/7day acute stroke care to a population of 40 million in Shanghai. The System comprised of two consecutive phases, the acute phase that emphasized on providing thrombolysis, and the in-hospital phase that concentrated on the effort of recovery and secondary stroke prevention. The novel electronic data aquisition system provides the contiguous data of clinical care of stroke patients from the acute phase of management to inpatient rehabilitation. This system has been implemented and maintained as an ongoing quality of stroke care project that monitored the process of routine stroke care in Shanghai. It is funded by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning. Our analysis of the project was approved by the Ethics Committee, which agreed that no written informed consents were needed since the study only was consisted of a population-based retrospective data analysis.

Comparing the Behavior of the Cardiac Autonomic Regulation System During 24h in Patient Post Stroke...
StrokeBy Investigating the heart rate variability (HRV) of 15 patients after stroke and compare it to the HRV of 15 orthopedic patients, the investigators hope to achieve 3 main goals: 1. To describe the 24-hour circadian rhythm of heart rate among patients after stroke in the sub-acute phase during 3 days. 2. To examine the differences in the circadian rhythm of heart rate along 3 days between patients after stroke in the sub-acute phase and control group matched by age and gender. 3. To describe the reaction and examine the differences in reactions of the heart autonomic system during rest, paced breathing and activity in both groups- stoke and control. The HRV will be monitored by Polar watch and the activity will be measured by accelerometer, both will be attached to the patients at the beginning of the trial and will stay on them for 3 whole days.

Origins and Impact of EDS in Connective Tissues and Skin
Ehlers-Danlos SyndromeEhlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) is an inherited disease of collagen, found in connective tissues, such as skin. EDS patients suffer from joint and skin problems (skin hyperextensibility, joint hypermobility) along with a large range of other disorders, including, delayed wound healing with atrophic scarring, easy bruising, tissue fragility, gastrointestinal and gum problems. There are many different types of EDS, with different mechanisms of action, and not all of these are well understood. This study will used advanced microscopy techniques called atomic force microscopy (AFM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to analyse the changes in collagen as a result of EDS, compared to normal collagen. These changes will be viewed at the micron and nanoscale level (between 1,000 to 100,000 x magnification), and will focus on the differences in collagen construction through a process called cross-linking. These changes could potentially help clinicians understand the root cause of EDS symptoms, and provide a deeper knowledge of cross-linking disorders in collagen. Increasing our knowledge of how collagen is affected in EDS patients, may lead to improved treatment options for patients.

Omics Signature in the Diagnosis of Hypertension
HypertensionThe purpose of this study is to assess the validity and usefulness of omics signatures for improved identification and risk stratification of patients with endocrine hypertension and stratification of patients with primary hypertension.

Metabolism of Patients With Genetically Caused Cardiac Arrhythmia
Long QT SyndromeLoss-of-function mutations in voltage-gated potassium channels cause long QT syndrome (LQTS) due to a prolonged cardiac repolarisation phase. Hypoteses: patients with loss-of-function mutations also exhibit altered hormone release upon glucose ingestion.

Cardiac Function and Inspiratory Muscles Performance
Heart FailureThe purpose of this study is to determine whether ejection fraction and peak oxygen uptake have correlation on inspiratory muscle strength, chest wall volumes and quality of life in individuals with heart failure.

eTryton Left Main Registry Tryton Side Branch Stent® Tmt of Denovo CAD in LM and CFX Arteries
Left Main Coronary Artery StenosisThe objective of this study is to demonstrate the clinical performance of the Tryton Side Branch Stent used in conjunction with a commercially available Drug Eluting Stent (DES) to treat de novo bifurcated lesions involving both the Left Main (LM) and Circumflex Coronary Artery(LCX).
