Investigation of the Reliability and Validity of the Movement Imagination Questionnaire - Revised...
Acute StrokeOur study was planned to investigate the reliability validity of the Movement Imagery Questionnaire- RS in acute stroke patients. For our study, the Turkish version of the Movement Imagery Questionnaire-RS will be established first. Then, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire in acute stroke patients will be examined. The study included 70 stroke patients hospitalized in the Stroke Unit of the Neurology Department of Hacettepe University Hospitals and individuals between 50-75 years of age who do not have any disease in Ankara.

Outcomes of Surgery of Aortic Valve
Aortic Valve DiseaseOverall Goal: To study the outcomes of patients undergoing aortic valve surgeries, different approaches such as standard aortic valve replacement, aortic valve repair, novel techniques as Ozaki's procedure and their subsequent results and complications. Objective 1: Identify predictors of complications following different types of aortic valve surgery accordingly. Objective 2: Determine the value of each type in terms of advantages and disadvantages. Objective3: Assess outcomes such as postoperative life expectancy, hospital stay, prognosis and quality of life.

A NEW SCORING SYSTEM FOR PREDICTION OF PDA
Patent Ductus ArteriosusPrematurity; ExtremePatent ductus arteriosus (PDA) is an important morbidity of that the diagnosis and treatment is controversy in premature infants. A number of scoring systems have been developed, including the findings of echocardiography on the diagnosis and treatment of PDA. This study aimed to develop a new clinical scoring system that will enable the rapid, standard and noninvasive evaluation of hemodynamically significant PDA earlier, without relying on echocardiographic findings in premature babies with extremely low birth weight, and to determine the role of this scoring system in early diagnosis and treatment.

Bradycardia Risk Stratification With Loop Recorder After Syncope
Implantable Loop RecorderSyncope is a common symptom that may be related to a conductive disorder. If no bradycardia is authenticated, it is often necessary to implant an implantable loop recorder. In somes cases, implantable loop recorder records cardiac conductive disorders. In this study, we want to try to identify a group of patients for whom we could immediately implant a pacemaker without prior implantation of an implantable loop recorder given the high probability of implantation of a pacemaker after interrogation of the implantable loop recorder. It would be interesting for the reduction of interventions for the patients and for the economic aspect of the healthcare system

Comparing Wound Area Reduction of Non-healing DFUs Using MolecuLight i:X Versus Standard of Care...
Non Healing Diabetic Foot UlcerThis is a 12 week, randomized controlled trial. There are 2 arms and 20 patients with non healing diabetic foot ulcer allocated in each arm. One arm receives i:X guided treatment and the other arm receives standard of care treatment. Our primary objective is to compare the wound area reduction in both arms.

the Change of Cholesterol Efflux Capacity and Coronary Artery Disease in Real Clinical Practice...
Coronary Artery DiseaseCardiovascular Mortality2 moreThe purpose of this study is to investigate the change of cholesterol efflux capacity in patients with coronary artery disease treated with secondary prevention drugs, and the correlation with the prognosis.

Ripple Mapping for Epicardial Mapping of Brugada Syndrome
Brugada SyndromeWhether a mapping algorithm "Ripple-mapping" is able to rapidly identify the areas of long-duration multicomponent electrograms which constitute the targets for ablation for an automated strategy remains to be assessed.

Atrial Fibrillation Cycle Length Measured on Transesophageal Echocardiography
Atrial FibrillationBackground: The atrial fibrillation cycle length (AFCL) measured by electrophysiologic study is well known parameter for the maintenance of sinus rhythm after DC cardioversion (DCCV) or ablation therapy. The aim of this study was to test whether a AFCL measured by transesophageal echocardiography (AFCLTEE) could predict the outcome after DCCV. Methods: In 100 consecutive patients with non-valvular AF, TEE will be performed within 6 hours before DCCV. The AFCLTEE was measured by averaging 10 sequential peak to peak intervals of atrial fibrillary waves seen in the pulsed wave Doppler image on the left atrial appendage. The primary endpoint was AF free survival rate at 6 months after DCCV.

ThRombosis ExclUsion STudy
Deep Venous ThrombosesPulmonary Embolism1 moreThe purpose of this study is to demonstrate the ability of new D-Dimer assay combined with a clinical pretest probability (PTP) to safely exclude pulmonary embolism (PE) or Deep Venous Thrombosis (DVT) in a 3 month follow-up.

Functional Assessment-guided Angioplasty in Patients With Coronary Chronic Total Occlusion
Coronary OcclusionAngioplasty2 moreThe aim of this study is to investigate the role of functional evaluation for predicting clinical outcome in patients with coronary chronic total occlusion (CTO) undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), and to evaluate the clinical evidence for the using of fractional flow reserve (FFR), coronary flow reserve (CFR), index of myocardial resistance (IMR) and dynamic single photon emission computed tomography (D-SPECT) in these patients.
