Multi-joint Muscle Fatigability and Gait Performance in People With Multiple Sclerosis
Multiple SclerosisGait Disorders2 moreThe purpose of this study is to compare walking to leg strength and endurance in people with multiple sclerosis (PwMS). Using these findings, we hope to be better understand what causes PwMS to have problems walking.
Incidence of Paraneoplastic Neurological Syndromes and Autoimmune Encephalitis
Paraneoplastic Neurological SyndromeAutoimmune EncephalitisThis study aims to provide an estimate of the incidence of paraneoplastic neurological syndromes and autoimmune encephalitides in France between the years 2016 and 2018. The study will describe the incidence of antibody subtypes and regional variations.
Biomarkers of Common Eye Diseases
UveitisDiabetic Retinopathy4 moreTo identify biomarkers of common eye diseases based on single-cell sequencing technologies using PBMC samples. These diseases include uveitis, diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration and polypoid choroidal vasculopathy. Our study may provide new insight into the underlying mechanisms, and reveal novel predictors and intervention targets for the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of these diseases.
Assessment of Interstitial Lung Disease in Rheumatoid Arthritis by Lung Ultrasound
Lung DiseasesLung Diseases2 moreThe high resolution chest scan is the gold standard for the screening of interstitial lung disease, but this remains an onerous examination, and irradiating. Ultrasound could be used to detect these disorders with a very good sensitivity and specificity. This exam offers the advantage of being non radiating, inexpensive, and accessible to the rheumatologist who already uses it in their daily practice. The investigators want to assess the lung ultrasound performance compared with the gold standard. Patients will be included during a regular follow-up consultation with their referent rheumatologist. If there is an indication of first line biotherapy or targeted therapy the doctor will propose to the patient to participate in the study, give him the information leaflet, collect orally non-opposition, and will complete a survey for evaluation of the general health and potential risk factors for interstitial lung.
A Retrospective Study of Patients With Leukemia Relapse in the CNS Treated With CAR T Cells
Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaCAR T cells targeting CD19 have been approved for patients with relapsed or refractory ALL, failing two or more prior protocols. Several institutional-based studies with other CAR T cells targeting CD19 have demonstrated outstanding response rates in patients with refractory disease, and the ability of CAR T cells to clear CNS leukemia. Nevertheless, these cases are sparse and have never been reported collectively. Here, we aim to retrospectively assess toxicity and long term outcome of patients treated with CAR T cells for CNS relapse of ALL.
Asthma and Intimate Partner Violence
AsthmaDomestic ViolenceThis is a cross-sectional observational study on adult asthmatics evaluating the relationship between asthma control and psychosocial factors to include intimate partner violence, stress, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder.
Bendamustine Plus Rituximab for Mantle Cell Lymphoma: a Multicenter Retrospective Analysis(BR-MCL)...
Mantle Cell LymphomaThis study with retrospective data collection does not entail sample size calculation. The study will involve patients who received bendamustine + rituximab for relapsed/refractory mantle cell lymphoma and meet the inclusion/exclusion criteria at each participating study site. Considering the incidence of mantle cell lymphoma in Korea and the number of participating sites, the expected sample size is approximately 40.
An Observational Study on Intermittent Self Catheterisation Discontinuation Factors in Multiple...
Multiple SclerosisUrinary disorders (UD) are common in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and can necessitate using Intermittent Self Catheterisation (ISC). It is well experienced by patients, has little impact on daily life and improves quality of life. However, studies are lacking on long-term adherence to this treatment as well as on discontinuation factors. Our main objective is to prospectively assessed factors associated with ISC discontinuation 2 years after having introduced this technique.
Observation of the Effect of Chemotherapy Combined With Tyrosinase Inhibitor on the Reactivation...
LeukemiaLymphoblastic1 morePhiladelphia-chromosome-positive or partial ph-like acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) preferred chemotherapy combined with tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIS) therapy. Recently we found that there were cytomegalovirus reactivation and even cytomegalovirus infection in three ALL patients treated with chemotherapy combined with TKIs. However, the cytomegalovirus risk after dasatinib use in patients with philadelphia-chromosome-positive ALL is still unknown. It is reported that dasatinib can be observed in the treatment of philadelphia-chromosome-positive leukemia patients with significant increase in large granular lymphocytes, the cytomegalovirus is often positive, and this part of the patient's prognosis is relatively good. Dasatinib can inhibit SRC and TEC kinase, and induce immune function inhibition, and in vitro experiments have confirmed that it inhibits the immune function of T cells and NK cells. In this study, we examined the potential association between cytomegalovirus AND EBV reactivation the treatment of chemotherapy combined with TKIs, and the numbers of large granular cells and NK cell activity.
