Early Prediction of Respiratory and Autonomic Complications of GBS Using Neuromuscular Ultrasound...

Guillain Barre Syndrome

Neuromuscular US will be a good and non invasive predictor for respiratory and autonomic dysfunctions in GBS through evaluation of diaphragmatic thickness, phrenic and vagus nerve cross sectional area.

Observation of the Effect of Chemotherapy Combined With Tyrosinase Inhibitor on the Reactivation...

LeukemiaLymphoblastic1 more

Philadelphia-chromosome-positive or partial ph-like acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) preferred chemotherapy combined with tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIS) therapy. Recently we found that there were cytomegalovirus reactivation and even cytomegalovirus infection in three ALL patients treated with chemotherapy combined with TKIs. However, the cytomegalovirus risk after dasatinib use in patients with philadelphia-chromosome-positive ALL is still unknown. It is reported that dasatinib can be observed in the treatment of philadelphia-chromosome-positive leukemia patients with significant increase in large granular lymphocytes, the cytomegalovirus is often positive, and this part of the patient's prognosis is relatively good. Dasatinib can inhibit SRC and TEC kinase, and induce immune function inhibition, and in vitro experiments have confirmed that it inhibits the immune function of T cells and NK cells. In this study, we examined the potential association between cytomegalovirus AND EBV reactivation the treatment of chemotherapy combined with TKIs, and the numbers of large granular cells and NK cell activity.

Immune Profile of Acute VKH Patients PBMC

VKH Syndrome

The investigators will collect blood samples of different courses of VKH patients for investigating immune profile, observe major immune cells number ,functional and membrane molecular changes in the course of treatment, to investigate pathogenesis of VKH. Meanwhile, the investigators will collect clinical data of VKH patients to observe choroid and retina change in different courses.

Influenza Vaccine in Children With Asthma

Asthma in ChildrenInfluenza Vaccine1 more

The occurence of influenza can be a factor of imbalance of asthma. Asthma patients are recommended for annual influenza vaccination . However there is insufficient vaccination coverage of asthmatic patients despite this recommendation. The aim of this study is to evaluate the rate of influenza vaccination coverage of children with asthma aged from 6 month to 17 years of age followed in pediatric pneumology consultation at the university hospital of Nancy.

Biomarkers of Common Eye Diseases

UveitisDiabetic Retinopathy4 more

To identify biomarkers of common eye diseases based on single-cell sequencing technologies using PBMC samples. These diseases include uveitis, diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration and polypoid choroidal vasculopathy. Our study may provide new insight into the underlying mechanisms, and reveal novel predictors and intervention targets for the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of these diseases.

Signature of the Host Response to a Respiratory Viral Infection, in the Prediction of Bronchiolitis...

Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell RecipientsAcute Respiratory Infection1 more

Bronchiolitis obliterans (BO) is the well-known manifestation of the chronic pulmonary graft-versus-host disease(GVHD) after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). The pathophysiology of BO is, however, poorly known. The available data strongly support the role of respiratory viruses, in particular paramyxoviruses (parainfluenzae virus (PIV), respiratory syncytial virus, metapneumovirus). It is likely that the alloimmune response triggered by the respiratory virus is inadequate and leads to the peribronchiolar fibrotic process. The objective is to analyze the kinetics of profiles of the blood and respiratory host responses resulting from a high or low parainfluenza respiratory infection, in order to evaluate if the occurrence of a BO is associated with a specific signature We will evaluate the predictive signature of a BO after a parainfluenza virus infection by characterizing the differences between the patients evolving and those not evolving to a BO at 2 months after the infection.

Assessment of Interstitial Lung Disease in Rheumatoid Arthritis by Lung Ultrasound

Lung DiseasesLung Diseases2 more

The high resolution chest scan is the gold standard for the screening of interstitial lung disease, but this remains an onerous examination, and irradiating. Ultrasound could be used to detect these disorders with a very good sensitivity and specificity. This exam offers the advantage of being non radiating, inexpensive, and accessible to the rheumatologist who already uses it in their daily practice. The investigators want to assess the lung ultrasound performance compared with the gold standard. Patients will be included during a regular follow-up consultation with their referent rheumatologist. If there is an indication of first line biotherapy or targeted therapy the doctor will propose to the patient to participate in the study, give him the information leaflet, collect orally non-opposition, and will complete a survey for evaluation of the general health and potential risk factors for interstitial lung.
