Lenvatinib and Pembrolizumab in People With Advanced Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma and Other Salivary...
Adenoid Cystic CarcinomaSalivary Gland CancerThe purpose of this study is to see if the study drugs, lenvatinib and pembrolizumab, are effective in treating advanced Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma (ACC) or other salivary gland cancers that have come back and/or spread to other parts of the body. Researchers are also doing this study to test the safety of the study drugs in participants.

Paclitaxel, Pembrolizumab and Olaparib in Previously Treated Advanced Gastric Adenocarcinoma
Advanced Gastric AdenocarcinomaThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and clinical activity of paclitaxel plus olaparib and pembrolizumab in patients with previously treated advanced Gastric Cancer (GC).

Toripalimab Plus Lenvatinib as Second-line Treatment in Advanced Biliary Tract Cancers
Advanced Biliary Tract CancerThe investigators design a phase II clinical study to explore the efficacy and safety of toripalimab plus lenvatinib as a second-line treatment in patients with advanced biliary tract cancers and to analyze potential biomarkers of therapeutic response.

NK Cells Infusions With Irinotecan, Temozolomide, and Dinutuximab
Relapsed NeuroblastomaRefractory NeuroblastomaThis is a Phase 1 study with Phase 2 expansion cohort. Phase 1 will assess the safety and tolerability of universal donor TGFβi NK Cell in combination with irinotecan, temozolomide, and dinituximab. The phase 2 of the study will estimate the response to treatment.

Relapsed B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaChildhood4 moreThis is a single arm, open-label, uni-center, phase I study . In this study, Children withCD19+/CD22+ R/R B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoma will be treated with CAR-T19/CAR-T22 Immunotherapy to determine the safety and efficacy of treatment.

A Study of TY-9591 in Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer(NSCLC) Patients With EGFR Positive Mutation...
NSCLCThe primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of TY-9591, with dose-escalation stage and dose-expansion stage.

Cabozantinib to Treat Recurrent Liver Cancer Post Transplant
Hepatocellular CarcinomaRecurrent Cancer1 moreThis is a phase 2 study that will assess the investigational drug, cabozantinib, in patients with liver cancer (specifically hepatocellular carcinoma) and who had received a liver transplant as a part of curative care, but the cancer has come back (recurred). The purpose of this study is to see how useful cabozantinib is in controlling the disease of these patients. Cabozantinib blocks the function of various proteins found on the surface of the body's cells (called receptor tyrosine kinases) that are important in the development of cancer tumors. All participants will receive cabozantinib until they are no longer receiving benefit from the study drug or they experience an intolerable side effect.

Testing the Addition of a Type of Drug Called Immunotherapy to the Usual Chemotherapy Treatment...
Lung Non-Small Cell CarcinomaLung Non-Small Cell Squamous Carcinoma4 moreThis phase III ALCHEMIST trial tests the addition of pembrolizumab to usual chemotherapy for the treatment of stage IIA, IIB, IIIA or IIIB non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, pemetrexed, carboplatin, gemcitabine hydrochloride, and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving pembrolizumab with usual chemotherapy may help increase survival times in patients with stage IIA, IIB, IIIA or IIIB non-small cell lung cancer.
