Preclinical studies have shown that Toripalimab and Nivolumab and Pembrolizumab have similar safety but better in vivo efficacy than target monoclonal antibody candidates with different sequence characteristics.In addition, apatinib mesylate is a small-molecule drug that can target VEGFR and is itself a powerful therapeutic drug for gastric cancer, so we designed a clinical trial of apatinib combined with toripalimab monoclonal antibody.The study focused on 12 month OS rate, progression-free survival (PFS), clinical objective response rate (ORR), and drug safety.The study was an open, multicenter, randomized controlled clinical trial with a 1:1 distribution of trial and control groups.It is expected that 58 people will be included in the experimental group and 58 people in the control group.

Utility of Liposomal Bupivacaine Transversus Abdominal Plane Block for Open Myomectomy

Fibroid Uterus

The study team will be randomizing patients presenting for open myomectomy to either received transversus abdominal plane blocks with either liposomal bupivacaine or standard bupivacaine. The study team will be analyzing the impact of local anesthetic on opiate consumption as the investigator's primary endpoint with other secondary endpoints.

This phase II trial studies the efficacy and safety of systemic induction of mFOLFIRINOX, followed by hepatic arterial infusion (HAI) floxuridine-dexamethasone administered concurrently with systemic mFOLFIRI in treating patients with liver-dominant intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Drugs used in chemotherapy regimens, such as mFOLFIRINOX and mFOLFIRI (Oxaliplatin, Irinotecan, Fluorouracil, Folinic acid, Floxuridine) work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Delivering chemotherapy via HAI (hepatic arterial infusion) can allow for liver-directed treatment while limiting toxic side effects typically seen with traditional chemotherapy.

Study ASTX030-01 is designed to move efficiently from Phase 1 to Phase 3. Phase 1 consists of an open-label Dose Escalation Stage (Stage A) using multiple cohorts at escalating dose levels of oral cedazuridine and azacitidine (only one study drug will be escalated at a time) followed by a Dose Expansion Stage (Stage B) of ASTX030. Phase 2 is a randomized open-label crossover study to compare oral ASTX030 to subcutaneous (SC) azacitidine. Phase 3 is a randomized open-label crossover study comparing the final oral ASTX030 dose to SC azacitidine. The duration of the study is expected to be approximately 48 months.

This is a phase 1, multicenter, open-label, multiple-ascending dose study to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics and clinical activity of KPG-818 in subjects with hematological malignancies. Approximately 30 patients will be enrolled for dose escalation of 4 dose levels. Indication: Hematological malignancies (multiple myeloma [MM], mantle cell lymphoma [MCL], diffuse large B-cell lymphoma [DLBCL], adult T-cell leukemia-lymphoma [ATL], and indolent non Hodgkin lymphomas such as follicular lymphoma [FL] and chronic lymphocytic leukemia [CLL]/small lymphocytic lymphoma [SLL]).
