Daratumumab for Chemotherapy-Refractory Minimal Residual Disease in T Cell ALL
T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaIn this study, the investigators are hypothesizing that daratumumab-hyaluronidase will effectively treat T-ALL in patients who have persistent or recurrent MRD following treatment with chemotherapy.

Radiotherapy Combined With PD-1 Monoclonal Antibody and Capecitabine in the Treatment of Nasopharyngeal...
RadiotherapyPD-1 Inhibitor2 moreThis is a single-arm, multicenter, prospective, open-label phase II clinical trial of multi-target radiotherapy combined with PD-1 monoclonal antibody and capecitabine maintenance therapy treating oligometastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma, the main purpose of which is to evaluate the efficacy of multi-target radiotherapy combined with PD-1 monoclonal antibody and capecitabine maintenance therapy regimen in treating oligometastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

Haplo-PBSC+Cord vs Haplo-PBSC+BM for Hematological Malignancies Undergoing Allo-HSCT
Hematological MalignanciesHematopoietic Stem Cell TransplantationThe objective of this study was to explore whether the combination with umbilical cord blood (UCB) is associated with superior disease-free survival (DFS) in the setting of haploidentical donors (HID) transplantation.

Immunotherapy for Recurrent Cervical Cancer Refractory to Platinum-based Chemotherapy: Multi-Center...
Recurrent Cervical CarcinomaPersistent Advanced Cervical Carcinoma4 moreThis is a updated trial of NCT04188860 as a multi-center study. For recurrent or persistent advanced cervical cancer patients, the first-line chemotherapy was based on platinum. However, if they were refractory to platinum-based chemotherapy, there were no other more effective medications or treatment. The marketing of anti-PD-1 antibody has provided an opportunity of curative management. This single arm, open, phase II trial would recruit 122 eligible patients. A combination of anti-PD-1 antibody camrelizumab and albumin-bound paclitaxel would be given for all patients. The primary end is overall response rate (ORR). The second ends include progression-free survival, overall survival, disease control rate, remission duration, and adverse events. A molecular testing, mainly consisting of genomic analysis, will be carried in the oncologic tissues.

A Study of Bexarotene Combined With Radiotherapy in People With Mycosis Fungoides
Cutaneous T-cell LymphomaThe researchers are doing this study to test the safety of combining bexarotene with TSEB radiotherapy in people who have a common form of CTCL called mycosis fungoides (MF). Bexarotene is a form of vitamin A that activates proteins called retinoid X receptors, which may stop the growth of cancer cells and kill them. TSEB radiotherapy is a type of radiation therapy that treats the entire surface of the skin with very low doses of radiation to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. This type of radiation does not pass through the outer layers of the skin into the tissues and organs below the skin. The study researchers think that giving bexarotene treatment at the same time as treatment with TSEB radiotherapy may be more effective against MF than either treatment given alone or in sequence (one after the other).

Pembrolizumab and Lenvatinib in Clear Cell Ovarian Cancer
Ovarian Clear Cell CarcinomaGynecologic CancerThis research study is being done to test the efficacy and safety of combining the study drugs pembrolizumab and lenvatinib in patients with clear cell ovarian cancer. The names of the study drugs involved in this study are: Lenvatinib Pembrolizumab

Microbiotic Product to Promote Microbiome Health and Improve Chemotherapy Delivery
Metastatic Colon CarcinomaStage IV Colon Cancer AJCC v83 moreThis phase II trial tests whether NBT-NM108 works in reducing chemotherapy-induced diarrhea in patients with colon cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Irinotecan is one of the most used medicine for colon cancer, but it leads to diarrhea in most patients receiving it and among some of them, severe diarrhea can occur. NBT-NM108 is a high dietary fiber formula that is developed based on research findings that have shown that high fiber diets can help maintain healthy bacteria in the gut and improve gut function. Giving NBT-NM108 to patients with colon cancer receiving chemotherapy may help relieve or lessen diarrhea symptoms and lead to improved tolerance of the chemotherapy drug, irinotecan.

Phase 1/2a Study of JAB-21822 Plus JAB-3312 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors Harboring KRAS...
KRAS P.G12CNon-small Cell Lung Cancer2 moreThis is a multicenter, open-label phase 1/2a study consisting of two parts: dose escalation phase and dose expansion phase. The objective of the dose escalation phase is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics of JAB-21822 in combination with JAB-3312 in patients with advanced solid tumors harboring KRAS p.G12C mutation and to determine the RP2D for the combination therapy. In the dose expansion phase, preliminary efficacy and safety of the combination therapy at the RP2D will be further explored in patients with specific cancer harboring KRAS p.G12C mutation.

Preoperative ChemoRadiation And FOLFOXIRI for Rectal Cancer (CRAFTER) for Rectal Cancer
Cancer of RectumTo evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of Preoperative ChemoRadiation and FOLFOXIRI and to Escalate Complete Response for Rectal Cancer patients.Go through laboratory and medical tests to verify eligibility to enter the study, receive the experimental combination of drugs (chemoradiation (capecitabine and radiation) + FOLFOXIRI (Oxaliplatin, leucovorin, irinotecan, and fluorouracil) prior to surgery and undergo laboratory tests and study procedures on specified days during the study period, complete end of study evaluations and tests, and participate in post-study follow up every three months for three to four years. The time in the study will take approximately four to six hours during pre-study, study and end of study visits.

Efficacy of Primary Debulking Surgery Versus Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Stage IV Ovarian Cancer...
Ovarian CancerEpithelial ovarian cancer is mostly diagnosed at late stage (III/IV), and the standard treatment for ovarian cancer includes primary debulking surgery and platinum-based adjuvant chemotherapy. However, scholars suggest that neoadjuvant chemotherapy can be used to reduce the tumor load and control the patient's condition. The aim of this study is to verify the efficacy of primary debulking surgery versus neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
