The intention is to establish a multimodal prehabilitation protocol in frail elderly patients who undergo gastric cancer radical surgery, explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the measures and evaluate the effect of program on short-term clinical outcome, recovery index and the long-term tumor-related outcome.

Study of Iberdomide in People With Multiple Myeloma Who Have Had an Autologous Hematopoietic Stem...
Multiple MyelomaThe purpose of this study is to see if iberdomide is a safe and effective maintenance therapy option for people with Multiple Myeloma (MM) who have had an Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant (AHCT) and have already had lenalidomide as maintenance therapy. Patients will receive iberdomide treatment beyond 12 months if they continue to derive benefit from the treatment and will continue until progression of disease or unacceptable toxicity. Follow-up will be as per standard of care for a patient on maintenance therapy, and patients will not require additional research samples.

Intracavitary Photodynamic Therapy as an Adjuvant to Resection of Glioblastoma or Gliosarcoma Using...
Glioblastoma Multiforme of BrainGlioma1 moreThis study is the first step in testing the hypothesis that adding Photobac® Photodynamic Therapy to surgical removal of a glioblastoma or gliosarcoma will be both safe and effective. Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) combines light and a photosensitizer. PDT has been used to treat a variety of cancers with varying degrees of success. For the past thirty years Photolitec has been working to develop a treatment for glioblastoma or gliosarcoma using light and a photosensitizer. Photolitec's scientists were looking for a photosensitizer that: has no significant systemic toxicity apart from some temporary skin photosensitivity, crosses the blood brain barrier, accumulates to a high level in glioblastoma and minimally in the brain, is activated by the wavelength of light that penetrates most deeply into the brain, minimizes any temporary skin photosensitivity. Preliminary testing indicates the Photolitec team has achieved these five goals. Photolitec is now able to offer a clinical trial based on the results of this work.

Pembrolizumab Plus Olaparib in LA-HNSCC
Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Head and NeckThe purpose of this research study is to evaluate the effectiveness of using a combination of pembrolizumab and olaparib when given before and after standard chemoradiation therapy in treating locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. Pembrolizumab and olaparib are drugs that are approved for head and neck cancer treatment. However, FDA has not approved the use of these two drugs together in treating head and neck cancer.

ALLChildhood B-Cell2 moreThe objective of the trial is to evaluate the safety, clinical toxicity and in vivo immunological effects of MOR00208 in pediatric patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia who showed newly emerging or persistent MRD after a first stem cell transplantation, received stem cell transplantation without having reached a sufficient molecular remission prior to transplant (defined as MRD ≥10E-4) irrespective of MRD after SCT or underwent a second or subsequent stem cell transplantation irrespective of MRD after SCT. Part I: to determine the recommended dose of MOR00208 in pediatric patients Part II: to evaluate the time until hematological relapse or increase of MRD
