Pilot Study of Imatinib Cetuximab Combo for H & N Cancer

Head and Neck CancerSquamous Cell Carcinoma of Head and Neck

The goal of this clinical trial is to find if levels of a protein called AXL in tumor cells relate to how tumors respond to cetuximab (CTX) combined with imatinib in participants with head and neck cancer. This interventional study will occur in the time between diagnosis of your cancer and surgery to remove your tumor or radiation or chemoradiation treatment of your primary cancer. Participants will undergo a research blood draw and a research biopsy as part of the screening process, and will be in this research study for approximately 13 to 16 months.

First-in-Human Dose Escalation Study of AFM28 in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Acute Myeloid...

Acute Myeloid Leukemia

This study is a First In Human, phase 1, open-label, non-randomized, multi-center, multiple ascending dose escalation study evaluating AFM28 as a monotherapy in subjects with Relapsed/Refractory CD123-positive Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). AFM28 is a tetravalent monoclonal antibody targeting the interleukin-3 receptor subunit alpha (IL3RA, CD123) and the low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor III-A (FCGR3A, CD16A). It is developed as an antineoplastic agent for hematologic malignancies known to express CD123. The primary pharmacological Mode of Action of AFM28 is induction of cell death of CD123-expressing cells by stimulating Antibody-Dependent Cell-mediated Cytotoxicity mediated by CD16A-expressing immune cells, primarily Natural Killer cells. The aim of the dose escalation is to determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) and/or establish one or more Recommended Phase 2 Doses, based on safety, preliminary anti-leukemic activity and Pharmacokinetics / Pharmacodynamics data.

A Trial to Learn How the Combination of Fianlimab With Cemiplimab and Chemotherapy Works Compared...

Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

The study is researching an investigational drug called fianlimab (also called REGN3767) with two other medications called cemiplimab and chemotherapy, individually called a "study drug" or collectively called "study drugs" in this form. 'Investigational' means that the study drug is not approved for use outside of this study by any Health Authority. Examples of chemotherapy drugs include the following: Paclitaxel plus carboplatin, and Pemetrexed plus cisplatin. The study is being conducted in patients who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The aim of the study is to see how effective the combination of fianlimab, cemiplimab, and chemotherapy is for treating advanced NSCLC, in comparison with cemiplimab and chemotherapy. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: What side effects may happen from taking the study drugs How much of each study drug is in your blood at different times Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drugs (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects) How administering the study drugs might improve your quality of life

Genetically Modified T-cells (CMV-Specific CD19-CAR T-cells) Plus a Vaccine (CMV-MVA Triplex) for...

High Grade B-Cell Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaIntermediate Grade B-Cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma2 more

This phase I trial studies the safety and feasibility of cytomegalovirus (CMV) specific CD19-chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells in combination with the CMV-modified vaccinia Ankara (MVA) triplex vaccine following lymphodepletion in treating patients with intermediate or high grade B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) that has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed) or that does not respond to treatment (refectory). CAR T cells are a type of treatment in which a patient's T cells (a type of immune system cell) are changed in the laboratory so they will attack cancer cells. T cells are taken from a patient's blood. Then the gene for a special receptor that binds to a certain protein on the patient's cancer cells is added in the laboratory. The special receptor is called CAR. Large numbers of the CAR T cells are grown in the laboratory and given to the patient by infusion. Vaccines such as CMV-MVA triplex are made from gene-modified viruses and may help the body build an effective immune response to kill cancer cells. Giving CMV-specific CD19-CAR T-cells plus the CMV-MVA triplex vaccine may help prevent the cancer from coming back.

A Pilot Study to Evaluate the Feasibility of Post-Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant Prophylaxis...

Acute Myeloid LeukemiaMyelodysplastic Syndromes5 more

The purpose of this study is to examine if it is feasible to administer decitabine and filgrastim after allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HCT) in children and young adults with myelodysplastic syndrome, acute myeloid leukemia and related myeloid disorders, and if the treatment is effective in preventing relapse after HCT. The names of the study drugs involved in this study are: Decitabine (a nucleoside metabolic inhibitor) Filgrastim (a recombinant granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF)

Safety and Efficacy of Intravenous Cemiplimab Plus BNT116 Versus Cemiplimab Alone in Advanced Non-Small...

Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

The study is researching an investigational drug, called BNT116, in combination with cemiplimab. BNT116 and cemiplimab will each be called a "study drug", and together be called "study drugs" in this form. The study is focused on patients who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The aims of the study are to see how safe and tolerable BNT116 is in combination with cemiplimab and to see how effective BNT116 in combination with cemiplimab is compared to cemiplimab by itself at treating your cancer. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: What side effects may happen from receiving the study drugs How much study drug is in your blood at different times Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug(s) (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects)

Clinical Study on the EBV CAR-T /TCR-T Cells in the Treatment of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

This study was a single-arm, open-label, "3 + 3" dose-escalation Exploratory research. The patients were divided into two groups: EBV TCR-T-cell Group and EBV CAR-T-cell group. The EBV CAR-T-treated group received three progressively increasing dose levels (3.0 × 106 cells/kg, 9.0 × 106 cells/kg, 1.5 × 107 cells/kg) of EBV CAR-T-cell therapy; The EBV TCR-T-cell group received three progressively increasing doses (5.0 × 106 cells/kg, 1.5 × 107 cells/kg, 3.0 × 107 cells/kg) of EBV TCR-T-cell therapy.
