ASCT in Combination With C-CAR088 for Treating Patients With Ultra High-risk Multiple Myeloma (MM)...
Multiple MyelomaThis is a phase I/II, single-arm, open-lable study of autologous stem cell transplantation in combination with C-CAR088, an autologous BCMA CAR-T cell product, for patients with ulta high-risk multiple myeloma, defined as failed or unsatisfied responses to front line VRD-based treatment with or without the presence of multiple high-risk cytogenetic features.

First in Human Phase 1 Study of AG01 Anti-Progranulin/GP88 Antibody in Advanced Solid Tumor Malignancies...
Triple Negative Breast CancerHormone-Resistant Breast Cancer2 moreThis is a first in human phase 1 study of AG01 an anti-Progranulin/Glycoprotein88 (PGRN/GP88) antibody in patients with advanced solid tumors. AG01 is a recombinant monoclonal antibody expressed in a CHO production cell line. The antibody AG01 binds to human PGRN/GP88, expressed on cancer cells. This study will have a dose escalation portion (1A) to evaluate maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or maximum administered dose (MAD), the safety and tolerability of AG01treatment before the dose expansion portion (1B) of the study is initiated. The dose escalation portion of this study (1A) will also be used to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of AG01 antibody to be evaluated in the cohort expansion portion (1B).

Proof of Concept of TBio-4101, Lymphodepleting Chemo, IL-2 for Relapsed/Refractory Melanoma
Metastatic MelanomaUnresectable Melanoma8 moreThe purpose of this first in human study is to evaluate the feasibility, safety, and efficacy of administering TBio-4101 (tumor infiltrating lymphocytes [TIL]) after receiving a lymphodepleting chemotherapy regimen and before receiving interleukin-2 (IL-2) in participants with unresectable or metastatic melanoma.

Phase Ib/II Study of GNC-038 Injection in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma...
Non-hodgkin's LymphomaTo explore the safety and preliminary efficacy of GNC-038 in patients with relapsed or refractory NHL, and to determine the MTD and RP2D of GNC-038, or the MAD and DLT

ASKB589 in Combination With CAPOX and Sintilimab in Patients With Advanced, and Unresectable G/GEJ...
Gastric CancerThis was an open-label, phase 1/2 study to evaluate safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and antitumor activity of ASKB589 in combination with CAPOX and Sintilimab in first-line treatment of patients with locally advanced, recurrent, or metastatic gastric and esophagogastric junction adenocarcinoma.

Study of Novel Treatment Combinations in Patients With Lung Cancer
Lung CancerAdvanced or Metastatic Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer1 moreThe goal of this platform clinical trial is to test how well novel treatment combinations work in participants with lung cancer. Substudy-01 will compare the different novel combinations versus standard of care in participants with metastatic (cancer that has spread) non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have have not been treated before. Substudy-02 will compare the different novel combination versus standard of care in participants with cancer that has progressed after receiving previous treatment for metastatic NSCLC. Substudy-03 will compare the different novel combinations versus standard of care in participants with resectable stage II-III NSCLC. The primary objectives of this study are: Substudy-01 and Substudy-02: To evaluate the objective response rate (ORR) assessed per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST v1.1). Substudy-03: To evaluate the efficacy of treatment combinations based on complete pathological response (pCR) rate.

Safety and Efficacy of Scheduled Intravesical Gemcitabine Versus Intravesical BCG for Intermediate...
Non-muscle-invasive Bladder CancerAbout 40%-80% of NMIBC recur within 6-12 months when managed with TURBT alone, and 10%-25% of the patient's progress to muscle invasive disease. Intravesical therapy enables delivery of high local concentrations of a therapeutic agent within the bladder, which could potentially destroy viable tumor cells that remain following TURBT

Tislelizumab Combined With Chemotherapy Followed by Surgery Versus Up-front Surgery in Resectable...
Head and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomasA prospective, randomized, open-label, multicenter Phase 3 trial designed to compare the safety and efficacy of Tislelizumab combined with chemotherapy followed by surgery versus up-front surgery in resectable head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.

A Study to Assess the Adverse Events, Change in Disease Activity, and How Intravenously Infused...
Diffuse Large B-Cell LymphomaChronic Lymphocytic Leukemia1 moreB-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cells (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). Follicular Lymphoma is a slow-growing type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the most common leukemia (cancer of blood cells). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-319 in adult participants in relapsed or refractory (R/R) diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), R/R follicular lymphoma (FL), or R/R CLL. Adverse events will be assessed. ABBV-319 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, or R/R CLL. This study will include a dose escalation phase to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of ABBV-319 and a dose expansion phase to determine the change in disease activity in participants with R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, and R/R CLL. Approximately 114 adult participants with R/R B cell lymphomas including R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, and R/R CLL will be enrolled in the study in sites world wide. In the Dose Escalation phase of the study participants will receive escalating intravenously infused doses of ABBV-319 in 21-day cycles, until the recommended Phase 2 dose is determined. In the dose expansion phase of the study participants receive intravenously infused ABBV-319 in 21-day cycles. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects.
