Molecular and Clinical Risk-Directed Therapy for Infants and Young Children With Newly Diagnosed...
MedulloblastomaThis is a multi-center, multinational phase 2 trial that aims to explore the use of molecular and clinical risk-directed therapy in treatment of children 0-4.99 years of age with newly diagnosed medulloblastoma.

A Study of Intraperitoneally Administered AVB-001 in Patients With Serous Adenocarcinoma of the...
NeoplasmOvarian7 moreThis is an open-label, First-in-Human, Phase 1/2, multicenter study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a single dose of AVB-001. AVB-001 is an encapsulated cell product engineered to produce native human interleukin-2 (hIL-2). It is delivered intraperitoneally (IP) to patients with high grade serous adenocarcinoma of the ovary, primary peritoneum, or fallopian tube.

A Study of Melphalan in People With Lymphoma Getting an Autologous Hematopoietic Cell Transplant...
LymphomaLymphoma7 moreThe purpose of this study is to find out whether it is practical to use a newer way to calculate melphalan dose given (called population PK model) in BEAM chemotherapy before AHCT. Standard dose is fixed for everybody and is calculated using height and weight. The population PK model, tested in this study, uses information based on people who have previously received melphalan and aims to calculate an optimal dose separately for each person. Study researchers think that the dose calculated using the population PK model may still be effective but have less side effects than the standard melphalan dose.

Pembrolizumab Plus CRT Followed by Surgery in Upper ESCC
Esophageal Squamous Cell CarcinomaThrough a prospective, single-center, single-arm, phase Ib/II study, we aim to explore the safety and feasibility of a new treatment mode for upper esophageal cancer, which is that pembrolizumab combined with chemoradiotherapy as neoadjuvant therapy and then followed by radical surgery.

CAR T Cells to Target GD2 for DMG
Diffuse Midline GliomaH3 K27M-MutantThe CARMIGO Trial is a single-centre, non-randomised, open label Phase I clinical trial of an Advanced Therapy Investigational Medicinal Product (ATIMP) in children and young adults aged 2-16 years with Diffuse Midline Glioma (DMG). The study will evaluate the feasibility of generating the ATIMP, the safety and tolerability of the GD2CAR T-cell therapy and how effectively GD2CAR T-cells engraft, expand and persist following administration in patients with DMG.

Carrelizumab (PD-1) Combined With Chemotherapy in Neoadjuvant Treatment of Locally Advanced Gastric...
Locally Advanced Gastric CancerThis is a single-arm, open, exploratory clinical study to evaluate the efficacy of carrelizumab (PD-1) combined with chemotherapy (SOX/XELOX) as neoadjuvant therapy and to observe the changes of tumor immune microenvironment in patients with locally advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer (T3-4NXM0).

Anti-PD-1 Immunotherapy Combined With SBRT for Patients With Oligometastatic ESCC
Esophageal Squamous Cell CarcinomaOligometastatic DiseaseThe goal of this phase II clinical trial is to explore the efficacy and safety of anti-PD1 combined with stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) for patients with oligometastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Participants will receive anti-PD1 and SBRT to the metastatic lesions which are amenable to the delivery of SBRT after 4~6 cycles of systemic chemotherapy and anti-PD-1.

Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy Combined With Immunotherapy in Patients With Potentially Resectable...
Pancreatic CarcinomaThe objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of concurrent chemoradiotherapy combined with immunotherapy in patients with potentially resectable pancreatic cancer.

CD30 CAR for CD30+ NSGCT
Germ Cell TumorNonseminomatous Germ Cell TumorThis is a phase 2 research study that enrolls adult subjects with Nonseminomatous Germ Cell Tumors (NSGCT). The purpose of this study is to create a repository and explore the presence of modified T cells in the subject's plasma or tumors. This study collects biospecimens (such as tumor tissue, blood, and modified T cells) that can be used in future research studies. The collected specimens can help to examine whether the modified T cells are present in the body and tumor. If the modified T cells are present in the body, and how long they last. They also will use the specimen to identify ways to improve treatment options for a future cancer patient. Research with blood, tissue, or body fluids (specimens) can help researchers understand how the human body works. Sometimes researchers collect and store specimens and use them for different kinds of research or share them with other scientists; this is called a specimen repository or "biobank." Research with biospecimens might help to introduce new tests to find diseases or new ways to treat diseases. The body has different ways of fighting infection and disease. No single way seems perfect for fighting cancer. This research study combines two different ways of fighting disease: antibodies and T cells. Antibodies are proteins that protect the body from disease caused by bacteria or toxic substances. Antibodies work by binding those bacteria or substances, which stops them from growing and causing bad effects. T cells, also called T lymphocytes, are special infection-fighting blood cells that can kill other cells, including tumor cells or cells that are infected. Both antibodies and T cells have been used to treat patients with cancers. They both have shown promise, but neither alone has been sufficient to cure most patients. This study is designed to combine both T cells and antibodies to create a more effective treatment called autologous T lymphocyte chimeric antigen receptor cells targeted against the CD30 antigen (ATLCAR.CD30) administration. Prior trials have shown the safety of ATLCAR.CD30 product was administered to subjects with lymphomas. This study was planned based on the safety and efficacy data from previous studies (NCT02690545 and NCT02917083).

Clinical Study of rATG Individualized Administration in Haploidentical Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation...
Hematopoietic Stem Cell TransplantationAcute LeukemiaThe purpose of this prospective, open-label, pairing design, single-center study is to evaluate the effect of individualized rATG dosing vs traditional weight-based rATG dosing regimen(10mg/kg)for patients with acute leukemia undergoing a myeloablative conditioning regimen and haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (haplo-HSCT).
