A Study of HYML-122 in Patients With FLT3 Positive Relapsed or Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia...
Relapsed or Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)this is a single-arm, open, multicenter, phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy, safety and pharmacokinetics of HYLM-122 monotherapy in Chinese subjects with FLT3 positive relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia.
Safety and Efficacy Study of Anti-B7-H3 CAR-T Cell Therapy for Recurrent Glioblastoma
GlioblastomaThis is an open, single-arm, dose-escalation and multiple-dose study to evaluate the safety, tolerability and preliminary effectiveness of B7-H3-targeting Chimeric Antigen Receptor-T (CAR-T) cell therapy on patients with recurrent glioblastomas. The study also plan to explore the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) and determine the Recommended Phase II Dose (RP2D) of the CAR-T cell therapy.
A Study of LOXO-260 in Cancer Patients With a Change in a Particular Gene (RET) That Has Not Responded...
CarcinomaNon-Small-Cell Lung1 moreThe main purpose of this study is to learn more about the safety, side effects, and effectiveness of LOXO-260. LOXO-260 may be used to treat cancer that has a change in a particular gene (known as the RET gene). Participation could last up to 24 months (2 years) and possibly longer if the disease does not get worse.
A Phase II Study of the Combination of Ponatinib With Mini-hyper CVD Chemotherapy and Venetoclax...
Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaLeukemiaThe addition of ponatinib to mini-hyper-CVD chemotherapy and venetoclax will improve the complete remission rate in patients with relapsed or refractory T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia
IFN-γ Combined With T Cells in the Treatment of Refractory Malignant Pleural Effusion and Ascites...
Pleural EffusionMalignantThe purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of IFN- Y combined with T cells in the treatment of refractory malignant pleural effusion and acties, using a multicenter, single-arm, open design.
Tinzaparin And Biomarkers After Neoadjuvant Treatment of Ovarian Cancer
Epithelial Ovarian CancerBackground: Previous findings have indicated antineoplastic properties of tinzaparin (Innohep®), a commonly used anti-coagulant. Earlier studies have mainly investigated the antineoplastic effects of tinzaparin in animal models and in human cell-lines. In this pilot study the aim is to examine the potential antitumoral effects of tinzaparin in vivo in women with epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC). Study objectives: Primary objective: The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the effects of tinzaparin on changes in levels of CA-125 in EOC patients who receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT). Secondary objectives: The secondary objective of the study is to explore the impact of tinzaparin on the dynamic of a spectrum of immunological and coagulation factors in EOC patients who receive NACT. Besides, the compliance of tinzaparin injections and adverse events caused by tinzaparin will be described.
Spectroscopic MRI, Proton Therapy, and Avastin for Recurrent Glioblastoma
Recurrent GlioblastomaThe purpose of this research is to find hidden cancer with an experimental magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan called spectroscopic magnetic resonance imaging (sMRI). That spectroscopic MRI scan will be used to increase the area of the brain receiving radiation and then the dose of radiation in attempt to kill more of the cancer. Proton radiotherapy and bevacizumab (Avastin) are used to minimize the possible side effects of this approach.

Relapsed Diffuse Large B-cell LymphomaRefractory Diffuse Large B-cell LymphomaThe primary purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of ociperlimab (BGB-A1217) in combination with tislelizumab (BGB-A317) or rituximab in participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL)
A Study of Nipocalimab in Children Aged 2 to Less Than 18 Years With Generalized Myasthenia Gravis...
Myasthenia GravisThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of nipocalimab on total serum immunoglobulin G (IgG) in pediatric participants 2 to less than (<) 18 years of age, the safety and tolerability of treatment with nipocalimab in children and adolescents and to evaluate the pharmacokinetics (PK) of nipocalimab in children and adolescents with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) who have an insufficient clinical response to ongoing, stable standard-of-care therapy.
