Factors Influencing Hepatitis B Virus Reactivation in Lymphoma Patients Treated With Rituximab
Patients With Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma or Follicular LymphomaPatients Treated With Rituximab-CHOP or Rituximab-CVPThis study is a retrospective analysis to identify factors influencing hepatitis B virus reactivation in patients treated with rituximab containing chemotherapy. Rituximab monoclonal antibody targeting CD20 induces B-cell depletion resulting in prolonged immune suppression. This leads to frequent reactivation of patients with a previous history of exposure to HBV or HBV carrier. We collect the clinical features and laboratory findings of patients satisfied the inclusion criteria as follows. Patients diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) or \ follicular B-cell lymphoma (FL). Patients who had received at least two cycles of rituximab-CHOP or rituximab-CVP as a primary treatment Patients with a history of previous exposure to HBV HBV surface antigen (HBs Ag) positive Or HBV core antibody (IgG anti-HBc antibody) positive Then, we compare the HBV reactivation group with the control group (HBV reactivation does not happen) to find factors influencing HBV reactivation.

Molecular Determinants of Acquired Clinical Resistance to Crizotinib in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer...
Lung CancerThe purpose of this study is to try to learn more about how small molecule kinase inhibitor medications work in treating lung cancer. Crizotinib (PF-02341066) is a drug that has been shown to shrink tumors in some patients with lung cancer. While the investigators know how this drug works to stop the growth of tumors that depend on change in the gene named ALK (also called EML4-ALK), the investigators do not know why the drug stops working. The investigators would like to examine the tumor to help us better understand why crizotinib has stopped working as well as it once did. The tumor will be examined with multiple tests to look for the reason that crizotinib stopped working.

Data Collection of Patients Treated With the ColonRing™ for the Creation of Circular Compression...
DiverticulumColon11 moreThe proposed study is a post marketing, observational, retrospective data collection intended to gather and record data on patients treated with the ColonRing™ device in routine clinical practice at a single center. The data will assist in further evaluating the performance of the ColonRing™ device in regards to the creation of a colorectal anastomosis. Hypothesis:The performance of the ColonRing™, determined by the rate of complications, will be within the acceptable range reported in the literature for alternative treatment modalities.

Procalcitonin in Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Hepatocellular Carcinomathe value of serum procalcitonin in differentiation between bacterial infection and non infectious inflammation in febrile HCC patients following locoeregional treatment for HCC.

Barrow Nasal Inventory Survey
Pituitary TumorsThe purpose of this study is to evaluate patient nasal outcome following endo-nasal surgery. This type of surgery is conducted for pituitary and skull base tumors. There is no published data on trauma to the nose during surgery and how it impacts nasal functioning. The investigators propose to develop a survey and administer it to patients before and after surgery to learn about their perception of nasal functioning.

Observational Study on the Management of Patients With Non Small Cell Lung Cancer Adenocarcinoma...
Non Small Cell Lung CancerThe main objective of the study is to determine the proportion of patients with M + mutation status among patients with Non Small Cell Lung Cancer adenocarcinoma.

131-I-MIBG Therapy for Refractory Neuroblastoma, Expanded Access Protocol
NeuroblastomaChildhood Metastatic PheochromocytomaMetaiodobenzylguanidine (MIBG) is a substance that is taken up by neuroblastoma cells. MIBG is combined with radioactive iodine (131 I) in the laboratory to form a radioactive compound 131 I-MIBG. This radioactive compound delivers radiation specifically to the cancer cells and causes them to die. The purpose of this research protocol provides a mechanism to deliver MIBG therapy when clinically indicated, but also to provide a mechanism to continue to collect efficacy and toxicity data that will be provided. A recent New Approaches to Neuroblastoma Therapy (NANT) phase 2 randomized trial of 131I-MIBG with or without radiation sensitizers for relapsed refractory or persistent neuroblastoma enrolled 114 patients ages 1-30 years showed that Arm A (MIBG alone) had a response rate of 17%, Arm B (MIBG with Vincristine and Irnotecan) had a response rate of 14% and Arm C (MIBG with vorinostat) had a response rate of 32% after the first cycle. After the second cycle, Arm A had a response rate of 33%, Arm B had 30% response rate and Arm C had a 75% response rate. There was an excess of toxicities in Arm B, and no significant SAEs in Arm C. These data were reported at the American Society of Clinical Oncology meeting in June of 2020. Vorinostat has been used extensively in adults and has been granted US FDA approval for the treatment of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. The approved adult dose is 400 mg orally once daily. Vorinostat is not FDA approved for use in neuroblastoma.

Circulating Tumors Cells and Circulating Endothelial Cells in Renal Cell Carcinoma
Renal Cell CarcinomaThe purpose of this study is to see if researchers can detect circulating tumor cells (CTC) and circulating endothelial cells (CEC) in the blood.

The Use of Intensive Care in Critically Ill Cancer Haematological Patients: "TRIAL-OH"
Hematological MalignanciesThe purpose of this study is to determine: Condition of intensive care unit (ICU) admission in patients with haematological malignancies. ICU hospital and up to one year mortality. Assessment of post ICU burden and health related quality at 90-d and 1 year.

Identification of de Novo Fanconi Anemia in Younger Patients With Newly Diagnosed Acute Myeloid...
Childhood Acute Erythroleukemia (M6)Childhood Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M7)16 moreThis research study is studying identification of de novo Fanconi anemia in younger patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia. Studying samples of tissue from patients with cancer in the laboratory may help doctors identify and learn more about biomarkers related to Fanconi anemia in patients with acute myeloid leukemia.
