Electronic Brachytherapy for the Treatment of NMSC
Basal Cell CarcinomaSquamous Cell CarcinomaThe objective of this study is to record recurrence in patients treated for nonmelanoma (basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas) skin cancer using the Xoft Axxent Electronic Brachytherapy System. Additional objectives include evaluate the appearance of the treated area in patients treated for nonmelanoma skin cancer using the Xoft Axxent Electronic Brachytherapy System and record the occurrence of radiation therapy related skin changes in patients treated for nonmelanoma skin cancer.

A Clinical Trial of Dermacorder for Detecting Malignant Skin Lesions
Basal Cell CarcinomaThe Dermacorder measures the electric field in the skin. Malignant skin lesions disrupt the skin's normal electric field and this abnormal electric field can be detected by the Dermacorder. Therefore the investigators are testing the hypothesis that the Dermacorder can provide useful data to guide in the diagnosis of skin disease.

Multimodal Diagnostic Assessment of Cerebral Gliomas With FET & FCH PET/CT, and Magnetic Resonance...
GliomaThe aim of this study is to establish the diagnostic value of O-(2-[18F]-fluoroethyl)-L-tyrosine (FET) PET-CT, [18F]-fluorocholine (FCH) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) combined with magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) in patients with suspected cerebral glioma using neuronavigated biopsies with histopathological analysis as reference.

Collecting and Storing Samples of Blood and Tumor Tissue From Patients With Osteosarcoma
OsteosarcomaThe purpose of this study is to collect and store samples of blood and tumor tissue from patients with osteosarcoma. Collecting and storing samples of tumor tissue and blood from patients to test in the laboratory may help the study of cancer in the future.

Collecting and Storing Biological Samples From Patients With Ewing Sarcoma
Askin TumorLocalized Ewing Sarcoma/Peripheral Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumor2 moreThis research study is collecting and storing samples of tumor tissue, bone marrow, and blood from patients with Ewing sarcoma. Collecting and storing samples of tumor tissue, bone marrow, and blood from patients with cancer to test in the laboratory may help the study of cancer in the future.

Study of Tumor Samples From Patients With Ewing Sarcoma
Localized Ewing Sarcoma/Peripheral Primitive Neuroectodermal TumorThis laboratory study is looking at tumor samples from patients with Ewing sarcoma. Studying samples of tumor tissue from patients with cancer in the laboratory may help doctors learn more about changes that occur in DNA and identify biomarkers related to cancer

Collecting and Storing Malignant, Borderline Malignant Neoplasms, and Related Samples From Young...
Acute Undifferentiated LeukemiaAtypical Chronic Myeloid Leukemia14 moreThis study is collecting and storing malignant, borderline malignant neoplasms, and related biological samples from young patients with cancer. Collecting and storing samples of tumor tissue, blood, and bone marrow from patients with cancer to study in the laboratory may help the study of cancer in the future.

Micro-RNA (miR) Expression in Upper Gastrointestinal Mucosal Tissue
Barrett's EsophagusEsophageal AdenocarcinomaThis is a laboratory-based, exploratory study using tissue obtained from our clinical practice. The purpose of this study is to confirm our ability to characterize miR expression in various tissues (proximal and distal esophagus, stomach and duodenum) obtained from the upper gastrointestinal tract in preparation for the study of MiR in patients with Barrett's esophagus and other inflammatory conditions of the upper gastrointestinal tract.

Collecting and Storing Samples of Bone Marrow and Blood From Patients With Relapsed Acute Lymphoblastic...
Recurrent Adult Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaRecurrent Adult Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma2 moreThis research study is collecting and storing samples of bone marrow and blood from patients with relapsed acute lymphoblastic leukemia or relapsed non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Collecting and storing samples of bone marrow and blood from patients with cancer to study in the laboratory may help doctors learn more about cancer and help predict the recurrence of cancer.

Positron Emission Tomography (PET)-Scan in the Evaluation of High Tumor Burden Follicular Lymphoma...
LymphomaFollicularThe purpose of the study is to assess in a prospective series of patients with high tumor burden follicular lymphoma treated with R-CHOP, the predictive value of [18F]-FDG PET performed over (after 4 treatments), and at the end of the first-line treatment on progression-free survival at 2 years.
