Immune Repertoire of Ovarian HGSC
Ovarian High Grade Serous CarcinomaImmune Repertoire2 moreIn this preliminary study, peripheral blood and carcinoma tissue with pericarcinomatous tissue are taken from the patients with ovarian high grade serous carcinoma at several points: before any treatment, after the debulking surgery, and after all the proposed chemotherapy. The differential expression of the T/B lymphocyte receptors in these samples will be analyzed with the platinum-based treatment and survival outcomes of the patients. The primary objective is the expression rates of T/B lymphocyte receptors in different stages of checking points.

Weekly Plasma EBV DNA for Non-metastatic Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma
Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaNasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is an endemic malignancy in Southern China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. It is highly associated with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). Radiation therapy alone is indicated for early stage I to II diseases while concurrent chemoradiation is required for more advanced stage III to IVB diseases. Intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) is the standard radiation technique for NPC, in virtue of its superior target coverage and dose sparing to adjacent critical organs-at-risks. Plasma EBV DNA and other novel plasma biomarkers have been extensively investigated in NPC. Previous studies have proven their predictive and prognostic values in NPC diagnosis, surveillance and survival outcomes. Investigators would like to investigate the roles of plasma biomarkers including plasma EBV DNA on treatment response evaluation, survival and prognosis on NPC, in the modern era of precision radiation therapy. This will help provide important information on refining on the current edition of AJCC/UICC staging classification.

Metastatic Colorectal Cancer Database
Metastatic Colorectal CancerThe metastatic ColoRectal Cancer (mCRC) Database base contains data collected during the regular clinical patient management in Centre Georges Francois Leclerc, Dijon.

Homologous Recombination Deficiency Status in Epithelial Ovarian Cancer
Epithelial Ovarian CancerChinese4 moreThe homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) status in Chinese population with epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) is little known. This study would recruit 1300 Chinese EOC patients. A multi-panel testing of 36 genes would be given for these patients in their peripheral blood and tumor tissues. These 36 genes include: BRCA1, BRCA2, ABRAXAS1(FAM175A), ATM, ATR, BAP1, BARD1, BRIP1, C11ORF30(EMSY), CDK12, CHEK1, CHEK2, FANCA, FANCC, FANCD2, FANCI, FANCL, MRE11A, NBN, PALB2, PPP2R2A, PTEN, RAD50, RAD51B, RAD51C, RAD51D, RAD54B, RAD54, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, EPCAM, STK11, TP53, CDH1. The study would select 150 patients with pathogenic or likely pathogenic mutations in BRCA1/2 and 150 patients without these mutations to further explore the HRD status. The HRD model is based on the loss of heterozygosity (LOH), telomere allele imbalance (TAI) and large-scale state transitions (LST). The mutated genes, HRD score model and their relationship with the prognosis, would provide a full description of for the Chinese EOC patients.

Post-treatment Ultrasensitive Positron Emission Tomography in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients...
Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaNPC Patients receiving IMRT treatment will receive a dedicated FDG PET/CT and high-sensitivity PET/CT protocol simultaneously in the follow-up of Locally Advanced Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma. Hence we establish this prospective cohort study.

The Use of International Ovarian Tumor Analysis and Assessment of Adnexal Neoplasia in Differentiating...
Adnexal MassAll participants will be subjected to Serum measurements of CA-125 by the immunoradiometric assay, Ultrasound evaluation of the Adnexal masses which is described according to origin (ovarian/extraovarian); position (right/left/bilateral); number of lesions; type of lesions (unilocular/multilocular); size in three dimensions (longitudinal, anteroposterior and transverse diameters); intracystic fluid echogenicity; number of loculations; presence and size of septations (only thickest one of septations is considered); presence, number and size of solid papillary projections (largest thickness is considered); presence and size of the largest solid component (three diameters); presence and measurement of fluid volume in the posterior cul-de-sac and presence and location of lesions suggestive of metastases. Then surgical intervention will be done with pathological examination of the specimen

Precise Treatment System of Biliary Malignancies Based on Special Disease Database
CholangiocarcinomaGall Bladder Carcinoma1 moreMalignant tumors of biliary system lack standard treatment and precise prognosis assessment methods. This study including 12 hospitals, collecting clinical and follow-up data of patients with biliary malignant tumors including cholangiocarcinoma and gallbladder carcinoma in recent 10 years, aim to build a special disease database, then use Bayesian networks and importance theory to establish a mathematical model to assess treatment strategies and prognosis accurately. At the same time, data on biliary malignant tumors newly treated by multicenters from 2018 to 2020 will be included to validate, adjust and refine the models to guide clinical individualized precise treatment.

Screening of IDH1 and IDH2 Gene Mutations in Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia for Possible Targeted...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaTo assess the incidence of IDH1 and IDH2 mutations in adult AML patients, and to explore their associations with the patients' clinical, cytogenetic, and molecular characteristics as well as with treatment response and outcome. To delineate the similarities and distinctions among mutations at IDH1-R132, IDH2-R140 and IDH2-R172 in AML, both clinically and molecularly (including cytogenetics, immunophenotyping, mutation co-occurrence patterns). The results can be references for future selection of targeted therapy (targeting IDH mutant proteins).

PET/CT Based Radiomics for Lung Cancer (PERL)
Lung CancerThe investigators investigate the utility of FDG PET/CT based radiomics in lung cancer, including diagnosis and prognosis.

Chemotherapy Efficacy and Follow-up Study of Hepatitis B Virus Infection and Reactivation in Children...
Reactivation of Hepatitis B VirusChildren with clinically diagnosed leukemia may experience occult HBV infection after chemotherapy immunosuppressive therapy, which may affect the normal course of leukemia treatment. However, this is not caused by clinically relevant diagnosis and treatment measures but exists in vivo.
