Health Status of the Patients Followed for a Disease of Cushing in the Region Large-West of 1990...
Cushing DiseaseCushing's disease is a rare disease that can reduce patients' expectations or quality of life, and for which predictive factors for cardiovascular mortality and recurrence are not well defined. The primary objective is to determine the rates of remission and recurrence of patients with Cushing's disease diagnosed between 1990 and 2015 in the French region of the West (Angers, Brest, Nantes, Rennes, Poitiers , Tours) focusing on remission particularly at two periods : that after the first pituitary surgery and that on the day of the last news. The secondary objective is to study the possible prediction of clinical and biological data perioperative of remission and recurrence during follow-up.

Application of Ultrasound Artificial Intelligence and Elastography in Differential Diagnosis of...
Thyroid NoduleThe application of computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) technology "S-DetectTM" enables qualitative and quantitative automated analysis of ultrasound images to obtain objective, repeatable and more accurate diagnostic results. The Elastic Contrast Factor (ECI) technique, unlike conventional strain-elastic imaging techniques, can evaluate the elastic distribution in the region of interest. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the differential diagnosis value of ultrasound S-DetectTM technology for benign and malignant thyroid nodules and evaluate the consistency of ultrasound S-DetectTM technology and sonographer in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules and explore the differential diagnosis value of Samsung ultrasound ECI technology for benign and malignant thyroid nodules.

Long Term Follow up of Patients Under 5 Years of Age With High Grade Glioma Diagnosed in France...
GliomaHigh grade glioma is a rare disorder affecting children at all ages with a high mortality rate. Overall survival is estimated at 40%, depending on the type of treatment administered. Major late sequelaes are experienced with the irradiation in this population under 5 years. Therefore, the current recommendations by The French Society for Childhood Cancers are based on a treatment including surgery followed by chemotherapy and avoiding radiotherapy as long as patients present no sign of treatment failure. The results published in 2006, underlying the fact that some patients treated exclusively with surgical resection and chemotherapy can achieve long term survival, are showing evidence of an acceptable long-term strategy. Few studies concerning evaluation of treatment toxicity and long term outcomes are available. Therefore, it is important to collect retrospective data concerning those small patients with high grade glioma in order to understand the reasons of treatment success or failure and treatment toxicities. This retrospective study will evaluate long term survivals comparatively to clinical, radiological and histological features at diagnosis and the treatment toxicities including neurological, endocrine and hearing impairment to go further and propose new potential guidelines and chemotherapy schedules

Indication to Transplant Patients With High Risk B Cells Lymphoma in Metabolic Complete Remission?...
LymphomaB-CellThe autograft of patients with prognostically unfavourable B-cells lymphoma cells in first remission remains controversial, in particular since the association of Rituximab with chemotherapy. Even though many randomized and non-randomized studies have been conducted, their is still no standard procedure . Recently, the use of early TEP (positron emission topography) answer, after 2 in 3 cures of chemotherapy allowed to select the poor-responder patients who remain candidate to autograft in front-line. Nevertheless, in good-responder patients, the benefits of an intensification therapy ins term of long-lasting disease control remains discussion. This institutional retrospective study aims at comparing the outcome of early metabolic responder patients who received an intensification treatment to those who received a standard chemotherapy.

"FU-IFM2009" Database Post IFM/DFCI 2009 Study
Multiple MyelomaExtension of patient follow-up of the IFM/DFCI 2009 study over a period of 4 years (that is, from 01 December 2016 to 30 November 2020) during which patients will be followed up in the normal course of care and according to the usual care of the centers, with collection of the needed data about twice a year by the investigators

Detect Microsatellite Instability Status in Blood Sample of Advanced Colorectal Cancer Patients...
Colorectal NeoplasmsThe method to analyze the microsatellite instability (MSI) status by next-generation sequencing (NGS) has been established to assess the deficiency of DNA mismatch repair (MMR) system. The aim of our study is to evaluate the feasibility and reliability of this NGS method by testing the circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in blood sample of advanced colorectal cancer patients. If the result is positive, the MSI status could be easily learned without the acquisition of tissue samples.

Organoids in Predicting Chemoradiation Sensitivity on Rectal Cancer
OrganoidsRectal Cancer1 morePatients with locally advanced rectal cancer will receive biopsy before the standard treatment of neoadjuvant chemoradiation. The investigators are going to establish organoids model from the pre-treatment biopsies and expose organoids to irradiation and the same chemotherapy drugs. The sensitivity of irradiation and chemotherapy drugs will be tested in the organoids model. Here, the investigators will launch the observational clinical trial to validate whether the organoids could predict the clinical outcome in locally advanced rectal cancer patients underwent neoadjuvant chemoradiation.
