This study aims to analyze the expression of micro-RNA (miRNA) and long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) by next-generation sequencing in patients with high grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) and benign gynecologic diseases. The candidate miRNA/lncRNA will be validated as biomarker for the detection and prognosis of HGSOC.

This project has for objective to demonstrate that the increase of the distance "Patient home - center of treatment" may be associated with significant, other noticeable, noted events. This distance may also be available in the Rouen University Hospital. The study of the association in this distance and the delay in initiating chemotherapy after surgery in patients treated at the CHU correspond to a pilot study prior to the completion of the analysis at the regional scale.

BOLD-fMRI and DTI scans are performed to patients with germ cell tumors in the basal ganglia before and after treatments. The changes of the MRI and muscle strength of patients during treatments are evaluated, and the association between these two are investigated.

A Prospective Multi-center Study to Investigate the EGFR-TKI Resistance Profile in Chinese Patients with Advanced EGFRm+ NSCLC

The sarcomas represent 1% of all cancers in adults, 8% in adolescents and young people, and 10% in children. Even though it is a rare cancer, it contributes to a significant loss of years of life in comparison with other types of cancer, due the fact that it affects children and young people. The diagnosis and treatment are difficult, considering the diversity and rarity of this disease. In addition, on average, more than 50% of patients with high-grade sarcoma present tumor relapse and distant recurrence is considered the main cause of death. The presence of Circulating Tumor Cells (CTCs) in the blood of patients with sarcoma may be an early marker of tumor invasion, because it is known that the CTCs circulate in the blood for months or years before the development of metastases. The CTCs can be used to monitor the response of the tumor to treatment, in order to match time, dose, and type of therapy. Objectives: collect blood from patients with different types of sarcoma (leiomyosarcoma, synovial sarcoma, pleomorphic sarcoma and liposarcoma) in order to isolate and quantify CTCs. The investigators also have an intention to identify genes of resistance to treatment in these cells.

Study of the intermediate metabolism in children diagnosed with ALL compared to healthy matched controls.

Purpose of the study is to determine transcriptomics, metabolomics and proteomics features of liver cirrhotic tissue in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and to find a correlation with the risk of developing HCC and survival.

Recurrence and metastases after microwave ablation(MWA) of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) are the major factors that influence the survival. Obesity has been reported was significantly correlated with increased risk of developing HCC. In this study, we will analysis the association of multiple obesity index(waist circumference,waist-hip ratio and body mass index) with the prognosis of HCC treated by MWA.

To establish whether circulating tumour DNA is detectable in the plasma of patients with platinum refractory/resistant Germ Cell Tumours If ctDNA is detectable, perform exploratory analyses to: Describe the molecular aberrations in plasma from metastatic GCTs with platinum refractory/resistant disease Describe aberrations detected in sequential detected in sequential samples form the same individual patient and evaluate whether there are hyposthesis-generating changes that temporarily associate with clinical resistance.
