Localization is the key for successful excision of small target nodules under thoracoscopy, but the procedure also brings risks to patients. However, the criteria is still unclear. The investigators will validate the prediction model produced by institutional retrospective analysis in the prospective cohort.

This is a Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute engagement effort aimed at training researchers/providers and patients to work in research teams together online throughout the research process (including: development, design, and dissemination) to address critical gaps in their care. This is a change from the typical research done with people with CF as they are frequently isolated from other members of the CF community because of infection control guidelines that restrict in-person contact to avoid the spread of bacteria between patients. This project has four aims: build capacity for PCOR knowledge and skills applicable for longitudinal online engagement, create and disseminate a best practices PCOR user guide for populations that solely engage online, to create an interactive web-based version of our User Guide through a survey and three modified Delphi rounds, and to create a comprehensive training manual for conducting PCOR online (step-by-step instructions), which will incorporate the aforementioned user guide.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection caused by the novel severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) may manifest as a variety of disease patterns, ranging from mild to life-threatening pneumonia. Mucormycosis has been suspected to cause significant morbidity in infected people since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Individuals who require hospitalization and intensive care are more vulnerable, as they have reached an advanced stage of their disease. Investigators will discuss the major risk factors, ocular presentation, and outcome of mucormycosis in individuals infected with SARS-CoV-2 in this study. From August 2021 to January 2022, a cross-sectional descriptive multicenter investigation would be conducted on patients with biopsy-confirmed mucormycosis and RTPCR confirmed COVID19. Demographic data, the time interval between COVID19 and mucormycosis, underlying systemic disorders, clinical characteristics, disease course, and outcomes would be analyzed.

This study aims at determining clinical presentations and outcomes of patients with covid-19 pneumonia and also follow up of patients for up to 6 months to detect possibility of post covid fibrosis

The diagnostic performance of the scanner in the indication of suspected Covid-19 is not yet well known, especially in comparison with the results of RT-PCR. The potential use of the scanner as a tool for quantifying the severity of Covid-19 disease is not yet well established, especially the variations between readers or between measurement techniques. The impact of the scanner in predicting the fate of patients with confirmed Covid-19 is not yet known.

The aim of the study will be to investigate the prevalence of of sensitization to peach and/or cypress in potato sensitized patients, based on the collection of medical data from patient records consulting in the Allergy Unit of the Arnaud de Villeneuve Hospital. Some Gibberellin-regulated protein (GRP) in fruits and pollens have been identified as allergen, and peach GRP (peamaclein) has recently emerged as a relevant food allergen in cypress pollen-hypersensitive patients. Multiple fruit allergies might be related to cross-reactivity between GRPs. Peamaclein shares 82% identity with snakin-1 from potato. Thus, because of this hight homology the investigators want to determine the prevalence of cosensitization between these 3 allergens potato, peach and cypress.

This is a multi-centre, multi-country retrospective cohort study. At least 450COVID-19 cases from up to 20 participating study sites who meet all eligibility criteria will be included in the analysis. Deidentified data will be extracted from electronic medical record (EMR) databases, clinical registries, case series or additional sources from participating sites and countries, and then entered into a structured e-CRF system. addition, each site/country will be surveyed to determine the local standard of care therapy for COVID-19 infection and to determine if standard protocols were/are in place for the use of Remdesivir and if/how the protocols changed over time.

The purpose of the study is to determined the prevalence of obesity-hypoventilation syndrome in patients with metabolic syndrom.
