Non-small-cell Lung CarcinomaThe purpose of this study is to assess the value of circulating tumor cells (CTC)for non-small cell lung cancer in the postoperative recurrence monitoring by comparing the CTCs, CT and tumor markers at different time points.The time of CTC and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) detection is baseline, 2~7 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, 36 months after the surgery. And the time of CT detection is 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, 36 months after the surgery.

Risk Factors of Postoperative Acute Lung Injury Following Liver Transplantation
Acute Lung InjuryPostoperative acute lung injury (ALI) during the first 72 hours after liver transplantation is not uncommon. Injury may occur because liver transplantation is often associated with prolonged operative time, large volumes of fluid administration and transfusion, as well as inflammatory responses related to ischemia-reperfusion injury. For more precise perioperative fluid and hemodynamic management, modern monitoring systems, such as the pulse contour cardiac output (PiCCO) system, have been devised and reported in recent years. The PiCCO system uses the thermodilution technique to determine the cardiac index (CI) and thoracic fluid indices such as the intrathoracic blood volume index (ITBVI), extravascular lung water index (EVLWI), and pulmonary vascular permeability index (PVPI), all of which may reflect pulmonary fluid and injury status. However, perioperative changes in thoracic fluid indices in liver transplantation and their associations with postoperative ALI are not yet clear. In this study, the investigators aimed to determine patterns of change in perioperative thoracic fluid indices and compare these changes in recipients who did or did not develop postoperative ALI. Furthermore, the investigators will also try to determine the potential risk factors following liver transplantation.

Our study is aimed to elucidate the intimate relationship between the gastrointestinal tract and respiratory tract, and uncover the mechanisms by which the gut microbiota affects the immune responses in the lungs, and vice versa.

Langerhans Cell HistiocytosesVery recent studies indicate that a high percentage of HCL, about 50%, have mutations in the B-RAF oncogene. The development of ultrasensitive methodologies capable of identifying these mutations in bronchoalveolar lavage will represent a significant advance in the diagnosis and treatment of these patients. An undetermined percentage of HCL does not present mutations in B-RAF. Consequently, the deep genetic analysis, through the use of techniques of massive sequencing, can favor the identification of new alterations that contribute to the development of the disease. We hypothesized that patients with HCL may present a different inflammatory state to healthy subjects or smokers, allowing us to identify new biomarkers.
