About this trial

This is an interventional treatment trial for Obesity

Eligibility Criteria

21 Years - 35 Years (Adult)All SexesAccepts Healthy Volunteers

Inclusion Criteria: have a body mass index (BMI) ≥23kg/m2; and are between the ages of 21 and 35 years old; and can understand and read the English language; and use a smartphone that can download apps; and willing to travel to the National University Singapore. Exclusion Criteria: Pregnant or lactating; and Participating in a structured weight loss program; and Planning or receiving pharmacotherapy or bariatric surgery within the next 6 months; and Has existing diagnosed mental disorder besides eating disorders.
