The investigators performed in April 2020, a screening campaign of asymptomatic staff working in elderly nursing homes in Paris France (EHPAD), where the virus had been circulating actively in March and April 2020. Among 241 employees tested in four nursing homes, 32 (13.2%) were asymptomatic carriers of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-Cov-2). Few data are available concerning the humoral immune response of asymptomatic carriers, the elicitation and duration of neutralizing antibodies and the duration of protection. The purpose of the study is to determine whether these asymptomatic persons develop a humoral immune response, whether this immune response is durable and whether it is protective against the risk of reinfection

COVID-19 pandemic has deeply burdened hospitals all over the world. A two-stage disease has been hypothesized due to quick worsening of clinical status after 7-10 days from the beginning of first symptoms, generally flu-like symptoms. Predicting clinical worsening could help to address major efforts towards higher risk patients. During the last year most observational studies, generally retrospective, has been conducted, identifying some risk factors such as age, obesity, male gender, cardiovascular disease, COPD, diabetes etc. The study goal is to collect systematically a variegate amount of clinical, biometric, laboratory and radiological data from patients admitted to the Emergency Medicine Ward of Piacenza Hospital (Italy), in order to prospectively analyze what characteristics are associated to higher risk of mortality.

As the global and pandemic spread of the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2, COVID-19) continues, many knowledge gaps remain with regard to the epidemiology and transmission of infection, as well as the normal immunological responses after viral exposure. Cincinnati had its first confirmed case of COVID-19 on March 14, 2020, and despite extensive shelter-in-place and social distancing efforts, community spread continues at over 150-200 new cases per week. As new residents and fellows arrive in July 2020 to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC), many of whom come from metropolitan areas across the country, it is imperative that investigators determine the current prevalence of infection, measure the cumulative incidence of infection over the next 12-24 months, investigate the normal antibody patterns after infection, and help elucidate what constitutes a protective immunological response. The investigators have a unique but time-limited opportunity to optimally track the epidemiology and natural history of SARS-CoV-2 infection among trainees at CCHMC, including risk factors for transmission and immunological recovery. SCREEN will investigate epidemiological and immunological features of SARS-CoV-2 virus infection within the cohort of CCHMC residents and fellows who have patient contact. By collecting and analyzing weekly serial samples for SARS-CoV-2 (nasal swab for virus by PCR) and monthly serological exposure (serum antibodies by ELISA), the investigators will determine the prevalence and cumulative incidence of infection by SARS-CoV-2; the investigators will also document the antibody responses over time and identify cases of apparent viral recrudescence or re-infection.

Participants scheduled for for an echocardiogram (echo) and being evaluated for, or is positive for COVID-19 will be asked if they would be willing to have their echo done using a new software program on one of the hand-held ultrasound scanners. The new software program guides the investigator, or any other non-sonographer, to take the best possible pictures of the participants heart. The prior version of this software is already being used clinically and is FDA approved. The main reason for using the updated version is that it's faster and better in terms of guiding the user.

This is a longitudinal, prospective observational study focusing on health-related outcomes relative to potential changes in the respiratory microbiome seen with weekly SARS-CoV-2 testing in nursing home residents.

This study seeks to evaluate how secondary data retrieved from remote physiological monitoring performed during routine outpatient/at-home care periods can allow for the discovery of novel physiomarkers that predict acute deterioration or hospitalization among people testing positive for Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

The FDA has approved the CipherOx CRI T1 Tablet for use in subjects aged 19-36, and that this study aims to evaluate the device in subjects aged outside of this range and is being used off label. The FDA determined the Cipher OX CRI T1 Tablet to be a class II device in 2016, and additional research has been done since the FDA determination to further support the use of the device outside of its current labeling.

Healthcare workers (HCW) at risk of Covid-19 will have baseline serology for SARS-CoV-2 to see if they are already immune to Covid-19. HCW will get baseline assessment and if meeting inclusion criteria and no exclusion criteria they will be randomized in a 2:1 ratio to hydroxychloroquine or Vitamin C on a weekly basis for three months. Subjects will complete daily diary of symptoms and temperature, and will have repeat SARS-CoV-2 serology at 6 weeks and 3 months to determine seroconversion.

The Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is causing a global pandemic with high morbidity and mortality among adults and mainly the elderly. Children seem to be little or not affected by this infection. It is estimated that children could be asymptomatic or pauci-symptomatic carriers and thus be vectors of the disease. This is why measures to close schools and confine populations have been decreed in a large number of countries, including France. However, there are only a few data on the prevalence of COVID19 disease in children. The deconfinement strategy depends on data on the prevalence of the disease, especially in children. Investigators propose to evaluate the incidence of Covid-19 in preschool and elementary schools children in the city of Nice (South of France) during the pandemic period using a local prospective study of 914 children
