In this study, the investigators want to investigate whether saline injections in the neck and head muscles can reduce symptoms of chronic migraine. In existing studies, saline injections (used as placebo treatment) have given patients with chronic migraine an average of 7 headache-free days per month.

This study will evaluate the clinical performance and safety of a self-administered abortive treatment for migraine headache using combined occipital and supraorbital transcutaneous nerve stimulator (Neurolief device, Relievion™).

Sporadic and chronic dietary consumption of caffeine has substantial biological effects on the nervous system. The effects on migraine are at large not known. In this study we want to assess the effects of caffeine withdrawal on migraine.

The purpose of this study is to examine how eptinezumab compares to other advanced preventive medications in a real-world community setting in adult participants with episodic migraine (EM) or chronic migraine (CM). These objectives include exploring the comparative effectiveness on patient reported outcomes.

The goal of this study is to determine whether timolol eye drops are effective in alleviating acute migraine headaches. Subjects will be randomized to receive either timolol eye drops or placebo (tears) to use as a migraine abortive medication.

This study will be a randomised placebo controlled trial examining the effectiveness of using an intranasal cooling device (the RhinoChill) in providing relief of pain and symptoms of acute migraine. It will involve using two nasal catheters to cool the nasal cavity which provides localised cooling of the local nasal tissue and the blood vessels which supply blood to the brain. This cooling effect will cause the blood vessels to constrict as well as stimulating special cold receptors that are thought to be involved in the relief of migraine, thereby providing both pain and associated symptomatic relief. Ninety patients will be randomised in a 1:1 fashion, clustered to three different recruitment sites. The patients will have a 30 day period of data collection for their current migraine frequency, treatment and response to medication (with a minimum of 2 migraine attacks recorded) before starting the treatment phase with the RhinoChill Device. Treatment will be for 2 migraine attacks. Only a single treatment is allowed for the first attack, but on the second attack the patient may deliver 2 treatments with a gap of at least 2 hours between treatments.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of a novel therapy for treatment of migraine, pain reduction and relief of associated symptoms during ongoing migraine attacks, and presence of a preventive effect two months post treatment. Another purpose is to investigate if and how this treatment affects manifestations of the autonomic nervous system activity.

The main purpose of the study is to evaluate the impact of treatment with the Chordate System S020 (medical device) on acute migraine headache pain.

To evaluate the performance and safety of the PBASE-system when used in the treatment of acute migraine episodes of moderate to severe intensity. The study will evaluate the effect of treatment on migraine pain and symptoms during an acute attack and also any long-term effect.

The objective of this randomized, double blind study is to demonstrate that one dose oral "excedrin migraine" (acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine) is not inferior when compared to one dose of intravenous prochlorperazine for the treatment of acute migraine headaches in the emergency department.
