Patients will undergo sequential FDG positron emission tomography (PET) and 18F-DCFPyL PET to assess FDG/DCFPyL concordance fraction. Patients with DCFPyL/FDG concordance of 50% or greater will be treated with 131I-PSMA-1095 radioligand therapy (RLT). Best post-treatment serum prostate specific antigen response will be compared to concordance fraction.

Eligible patients are treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy possibly followed by surgical exploration and resection. All Norwegian centres performing pancreatic surgery have agreed to collaborate in this trial. The assignment of the medical intervention is not at the discretion of the investigator, but follow the national Norwegian guidelines regarding diagnostic work up, oncological and surgical treatment and follow up.

The goal of this study is to validate the treatment option Active Surveillance in men with localized, well differentiated prostate cancer, in order to limit the amount of overtreatment. A number of key points will be studied, such as the pathological findings in radical prostatectomy specimens, and the effect of expectancy on the quality of life.
