A Study of VEGF Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor (Pazopanib) in Men With High-Risk Prostate Cancer Followed...

Adenocarcinoma of the Prostate

The area around a tumor ("pre-metastatic niche") may be an area to which cancer cells are attracted. The study doctor will take blood and tumor samples to look for certain features linked with response to treatment so that they can predict which future patients may benefit from this therapy. The purpose of this study is to see if the drug pazopanib can be used to reduce the amount of pre-metastatic niche in the patient's lymph nodes (a common site for prostate cancer to spread). Down the line, this may help to prevent prostate cancer from coming back after surgery.

Study of the Safety and Activity of Lenvatinib (E7080) in Subjects With KIF5B-RET-Positive Adenocarcinoma...

KIF5B-RET-Positive Adenocarcinoma of the Lung

This is a Phase 2, open-label, safety and activity study of lenvatinib in subjects with KIF5B-RET-positive adenocarcinoma of the lung and other confirmed RET translocations. At least 20 subjects with KIF5B-RET and other RET translocations will be treated and will receive lenvatinib at a starting dose of 24 mg orally, once per day. The study will consist of 3 phases: The Pretreatment Phase, The Treatment Phase and the Extension Phase. The Pretreatment Phase will include screening procedures and eligibility assessments. The Pretreatment Phase consists of a Screen 1, Screen 2 and Baseline Period. The Treatment Phase will begin when the subject has met all eligibility criteria on Day 1 of the first Treatment Cycle. The Treatment Phase contains the Treatment and Follow-up Periods. The Extension Phase will begin for subjects who received treatment in the study (either in the Treatment Period or Follow-up Period) at the time of database cutoff.

Safety and Efficacy Study of PRI-724 Plus Gemcitabine in Subjects With Advanced or Metastatic Pancreatic...

Advanced Pancreatic CancerMetastatic Pancreatic Cancer1 more

Laboratory studies suggest that the study drug may stop cancer cells from growing by affecting an interaction between proteins in the cells referred to as cAMP-response element-binding protein and ß-catenin. The purpose of this research study is to determine the highest safe dose of study drug that may be used when it is given together with a chemotherapy drug to patients with cancer of the pancreas.

Ipilimumab or FOLFOX in Combination With Nivolumab and Trastuzumab in HER2 Positive EsophagoGastric...

Gastric CancerEsophageal Cancer4 more

The INTEGA study assesses therapy Options for advanced or metastatic esophagogastric Adenocarcinoma in patients overexpressing human epidermal receptor type 2 (HER2 positive patients). Current treatment options in this situation include chemotherapy based palliative treatment in combination withTrastuzumab. Recent studies have shown that immunotherapy with Nivolumab or Ipilimumab after previous chemotherapy can also improve survival in esophagogastric cancer. This study assesses the efficacy of two experimental first line treatment strategies: A) Chemo-free immunotherapy with Trastuzumab, Nivolumab and Ipilimumab and B) addition of Nivolumab to the standard regimen (FOLFOX chemotherapy and Trastuzumab).

A Multiple Ascending Dose Study of MEDI7247 in Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

Non Small Cell Lung Cancer Squamous (NSCLC-Sq)Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC)4 more

To assess safety and tolerability, describe the dose-limiting toxicities, assess the preliminary antitumor activity, determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or the highest protocol-defined dose (maximum administered dose) in the absence of establishing the MTD, and a recommended dose for further evaluation of MEDI7247 in patients with selected advanced or metastatic solid tumor malignancies that have received at least 1 prior line of treatment.

Pemetrexed and Platinum Use in the Neoadjuvant Setting for Resectable Stage II and IIIA Lung Adenocarcinoma...

Lung Adenocarcinoma

This is a clinical trial from Eastern Cooperative Thoracic Oncology Project (ECTOP), numbered as ECTOP-1002. The study is a prospective, single-center, open-label, single-armed, phase II clinical trial. The aim of the study is to evaluate the radiological response rate (RR) of 2 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with pemetrexed and cisplatin in patients with resectable stage II and IIIA lung adenocarcinoma.

Study of Vismodegib in Advanced Gastric Adenocarcinoma Patients With SMO Overexpression

Stomach Neoplasms

There is no accepted standard therapy for patients with advanced gastric cancer who have progressed during or after second-line therapy. The role of 3rd line treatment in advanced gastric cancer has not been proven. As a novel target of gastric cancer, SMO overexpression is chosen in this study, and the investigators plan this study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of vismodegib in gastric cancer. The doses of vismodegib are based on trials of basal cell carcinoma.

Radiopaque Hydrogel in Patients Undergoing Radiotherapy for Pancreatic Cancer

Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

The goal of this pilot imaging study is to evaluate the visibility of marking the interface between the pancreas and duodenum with TraceIT Tissue Marker. Patients with a pathologically confirmed diagnosis of BR/LAPC (borderline resectable/locally advanced pancreatic cancer) pancreatic adenocarcinomas indicated for neo-adjuvant image-guided radiotherapy with SBRT (stereotactic body radiation therapy) will be enrolled. This study will thus set the stage for further investigations using the TraceIT Tissue Marker to avoid duodenum toxicity with imaging localization, enabling further dose intensification with SBRT or IMRT to improve the clinical outcomes in BR/LAPC.
