The most common types of mature B-cell lymphomas (MBLs) in children are Burkitt lymphoma (BL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Initial treatment cures 90% - 95% of children with these malignancies, leaving a very small population of relapsed/refractory disease with a poor prognosis. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of epcoritamab in pediatric participants with relapsed/refractory aggressive mature B-cell neoplasms and young adult participants with Burkitt's or Burkitt-like lymphoma/leukemia. Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of relapsed/refractory aggressive mature B-cell neoplasms. Participants will receive subcutaneous (SC) of epcoritamab. Approximately 15 pediatric participants with a diagnosis of relapsed/refractory aggressive mature B-cell neoplasms and and young adult participants, ages of 18-25, with a diagnosis of Burkitt's or Burkitt-like lymphoma/leukemia will be enrolled at 50 sites globally. Participants will receive subcutaneous epcoritamab in 28-day cycles. Participants will be followed for a minimum of 3 years after enrollment. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects.

Aggressive behaviours are highly prevalent among people with developmental disabilities, both in community and inpatient or residential settings, with adverse consequences for the individuals involved and others. Some predictive factors, particularly impulsivity, are dynamic with neurobiological underpinnings, and as such amenable to change or neuromodulation using non-invasive brain stimulation techniques. With this in mind, we designed an experimental protocol to determine the efficacy of transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) as a non-invasive brain stimulation technique to reduce impulsivity and aggression associated with developmental disability.

This is Phase I/II Dose-Escalation Study to evaluate the tolerability, safety, efficacy and pharmacokinetics of PPMX-T003 in aggressive NK-cell leukemia.

This phase 1 pilot study examines the feasibility and safety of mosunetuzumab after autologous stem cell transplant for patients with aggressive B cell lymphomas. Mosunetuzumab is an antibody that has been engineered to attach to two target cells in the immune system: T cells that normally perform tasks like killing virus-infected cells, and cancerous B cells. Mosunetuzumab has been designed to direct these T cells to kill the cancerous B cells instead.

This is a two-arm, open-label, phase Ib single-site study with expansion cohorts testing the addition of mosunetuzumab to intensive platinum-based salvage chemotherapy in patients with relapsed/refractory aggressive B cell lymphoma intending to pursue consolidative autoSCT. The hypothesis of this study is that mosunetuzumab can be safely combined with platinum-based salvage chemotherapy in this patient population, and that this approach may outperform chemoimmunotherapy approaches that instead incorporate rituximab retreatment. The enrolling physician's choice of the chemotherapy backbone will determine a patient's assigned study arm (Arm A = DHAX, Arm B = ICE). The two arms will accrue patients to phase Ib and expansion cohorts as well as be analyzed independently.

Acute alcohol intoxication is a robust predictor of intimate partner violence (IPV) perpetration for young adult men and women; therefore, interventions delivered proximally to drinking episodes - a period of high risk - are needed to reduce alcohol-facilitated IPV. This project seeks to improve public health by delivering a just-in-time text messaging intervention proximally to drinking episodes and evaluating the impact of the intervention on alcohol-facilitated IPV in a sample of at-risk young adult men and women. Additionally, through an innovative design this project is poised to answer these important questions: whether receiving a message, when, for whom, what type, and under what conditions this just-in-time messaging intervention leads to reductions in alcohol use and IPV perpetration.

The methodology will be applied for the treatment of aggressive episodes. Many people show this kind of behavior associated with several psychological disorders like austistic spectrum disorder (ASD). It will be studied the effect of aggressive outbursts on several physiological signals (heart rate (HR), breathing rate (BR), electroencephalography (EEG), etc). The use of those signals in a biofeedback loop could help patients recognize their internal states and avoid imminent aggression. The study want to verify the efficacy of a cognitive therapy that includes biofeedback and virtual reality (VR) and find out the most significant physiological features that are affected by these episodes.

This study is a randomized controlled trial (RCT) testing the effects of a mindfulness-based intervention delivered to justice-involved youth on probation via smartphone app on youths' emotion regulation and HIV/sexually transmitted infection (STI) risk-taking behaviors (i.e., alcohol use, cannabis use, sexual behaviors, and aggressive behaviors).

Rural law enforcement officers (LEOs) are exposed to unique and significant stressors, yet have access to fewer resources, compared to urban counterparts, to mitigate harmful effects of stress. This elevates risk for maladaptive coping strategies such as problematic alcohol use, mental health consequences, and aggression and excessive use of force. The proposed supplement will assess feasibility and accessibility of Mindfulness-Based Resilience Training (MBRT), with added intervention components addressing alcohol use, in under-resourced rural LEOs to ensure success in a future multisite efficacy trial assessing effects of MBRT on mental health and behavioral outcomes.

The current study proposes to develop, refine, and conduct a preliminary randomized controlled trial (RCT) of an innovative prevention program that is the first to (a) simultaneously target heavy episodic drinking (HED), sexually aggressive behavior (SAB), and risky sexual behavior (RSB) among college men; (b) integrate personalized feedback and cognitive training strategies; and (c) target the five major modifiable risk factors for SAB: HED, impersonal sex, misperceptions of sexual interest, rape-supportive attitudes, and peer influence. The program will be computer-delivered as this approach is well received by college students.
