To assess the impact of SQ SLIT-tablets (SQ Grass SLIT-tablet and SQ HDM SLIT-tablet) in Danish and Swedish allergic rhinitis (AR) patients, with or without asthma, between 2007-2020.

The aim of this clinical trial is to compare the positive predictive value of the combination rapid nasal provocation test (RNTP) + skin tests (TC) + specific immunoglobulins E (IgEs) to the combination of TC + IgEs (strategy currently used in clinical practice) concerning the efficacy of treatment with Allergen immunotherapy (ITA) at 1 year, in patients with symptoms suggesting allergic rhinitis to house dust mites.

People with allergies frequently complain of a loss or reduction in the sense of smell. In this study, the investigators propose to perform a randomized, double blind, placebo controlled parallel study of subjects with nasal allergies and decreased smell to determine the effect of a treatment for allergies on the sense of smell.

We hypothesize that ear acupressure will be effective in treating seasonal allergic rhinitis by changing the immune parameters and the psychological impact factors are associated with ear acupressure treatment outcome.

The objectives of this protocol are: to confirm the inhibitory effect of Nasaleze on the immediate response to nasal challenge with antigen, and to show that inhibition of the immediate response to nasal challenge with antigen by Nasaleze inhibits subsequent inflammatory events.

We will perform double-blinded placebo-controlled randomized clinical trial which evaluates the efficacy and safety of allergen-specific intralymphatic immunotherapy (ILIT) for allergens including Dermatophagoides farinae (Df), Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (Dp), cat, and dog that are sensitized and provoke rhinitis-related symptoms in patients with allergic rhinitis.

This study will hope to show that the treatment of the patient's perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR) using Nasonex® (mometasone furoate nasal spray) will result in improvement of the nasal symptoms of PAR and of nighttime sleep-disordered breathing, thereby resulting in improved sleep quality, less daytime sleepiness, improved daytime functioning, and improved quality of life.
