Complex aortic aneurysms involving major branches have been difficult endovascularly. The primary purposes of this study is to evaluate the safety, feasibility, and efficacy of multiple overlapping uncovered stents in treating aortic aneurysm while preserving major visceral branches, including the celiac artery (CA), superior mesenteric artery (SMA) and renal artery (RA).

Treatment of complex unruptured intracranial aneurysms (UIA) remains challenging to date. Therefore, advanced techniques are required to achieve an optimal result in treating these patients safely. In this study, the safety and efficacy of rapid ventricular pacing (RVP) to facilitate microsurgical clip-reconstruction has been studied prospectively in a joined neurosurgical, anesthesiological and cardiological study.

The investigator expects that endovascular flow-diversion is superior over revascularization by postoperative modified Rankin scale (mRS) in patients with complex intracranial aneurysms.

Use of endovascular techniques - implantation of a peripheral stent graft and a peripheral flexible stent to isolate the sac of the popliteal artery aneurysm from the circulation and subsequent topical application of a thrombolytic (rtPA) to restore patency of the lower leg blood stream - will lead to a comparable or better outcome in treatment of patients with the popliteal artery aneurysm and acute critical limb ischaemia, compared to currently prevailing use of surgical treatment.

Thoracic endovascular repair (TEVAR) and transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) are standard of care procedures to treat thoracic aortic aneurysm or severe aortic stenosis, respectively. Both procedures have a high risk of stroke and silent infarction. Gas has been detected in the cerebral vasculature during these procedures and associated with DWI positive lesions on MRI. The hypothesis is that air emboli contribute to stroke and silent infarction. The investigators propose addressing air emboli by flushing the device with carbon dioxide prior to flushing with saline. This is a pilot study comparing standard saline flush alone to carbon dioxide flushing with saline flush.

Comparison of non-invasively obtained central blood pressure using SphygmoCor and invasively recorded central blood pressure in patients with an AAA that will be treated with EVAR.

The purpose of the registry is to evaluate the peri-operative and short- term outcomes of intercostal nerves cryoablation for post-operative pain control after open thoracic and thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms repair. The cryoablation procedure is one of the opportunities for pain control after thoracotomy. So, it is routinely performed in major several centers in aortic surgery around the world as a part of the TAA and TAAA procedure. The Registry will include approximately 200 patients treated from January 2022 to January 2024 for thoracic or thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm by means of open surgery and in whom intraoperative intercostal nerves cryoablation will be performed; to reach 200 patients, the enrolments can be extended until January 2027.

Non-randomized studies have shown that de-airing of the delivery system with an increased volume of saline may be associated to a decrease in periprocedural stroke during thoracic endovascular aortic repair. This study is designed to provide evidence that 4xIFU-dose volume of saline flush vs. standard IFU-dose saline flush is associated to a decrease in the amount of intra-sac air detected on the first follow-up imaging after EVAR.
