Coronary Obstruction Detection by Molecular Personalized Gene Expression (Corus CAD or ASGES)
Coronary Artery DiseaseChest Pain6 moreTo validate the use of Corus CAD (Age/Sex/Gene Expression score - ASGES) blood assay in subjects who are referred for the work-up of coronary artery disease. The study will evaluate the clinical utility of a gene expression test Corus CAD (Age, Sex, Gene Expression Score - ASGES) in subjects referred for myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) work-up for suspected obstructive atherosclerotic coronary artery disease (CAD). The Corus CAD (ASGES) is a gene expression test that quantify the expression of multiple genes from circulating peripheral blood cells to detect the presence of clinically significant obstructive CAD in patients with chest pain.
Stable Angina Observational Registry
Stable AnginaThe purpose of this study is to describe the clinical profile and current status of the diagnosis and management of stable angina in India by non-interventional consulting physicians (CP) through a large multicenter observational registry.
Ethnicity and Onset of Cardiovascular Disease: A CALIBER Study
Abdominal Aortic AneurysmCoronary Heart Disease12 moreSpecific cardiovascular diseases, such as stroke and heart attack, have been shown to vary by ethnic group. However, less is known about differences between ethnic groups and a wider range of cardiovascular diseases. This study will examine differences between ethnic groups (White, Black, South Asian and Mixed/Other) and first lifetime presentation of twelve different cardiovascular diseases. This information may help to predict the onset of cardiovascular diseases and inform disease prevention strategies. The hypothesis is that different ethnic groups have differing associations with the range of cardiovascular diseases studied.
Salt Sensitivity, Cardiovascular and Metabolic Disease
Cardiovascular DiseasesHeart Diseases8 moreTo identify the role of salt-sensitivity of blood pressure in the pathogenesis of hypertension.
Personalized Risk Evaluation and Diagnosis (Using Corus CAD or ASGES) in the Coronary Tree
Coronary Artery DiseaseAngina Pectoris6 moreThe PREDICT study is to develop and validate a diagnostic blood ASGES (age, sex, gene expression score) or Corus CAD for atherosclerotic coronary artery disease (CAD). The Corus CAD (Age/Sex/Gene Expression score - ASGES) will use quantitative real-time PCR (RT-PCR) to quantify the expression of multiple genes from circulating peripheral blood cells to assess the presence of clinically significant CAD in a patient.
A Registry to Evaluate Patterns of Care Associated With the Use of Corus CAD (or ASGES) in Primary...
Chest PainCoronary Artery Disease6 moreThe PRESET Registry--A Registry to Evaluate Patterns of Care Associated With the Use of Corus CAD (Age/Sex/Gene Expression score - ASGES) in Real World Clinical Care Settings (PRESET)--was designed as an observational, post-market, real-world registry to evaluate patterns of care, including referrals to a cardiologist, cardiac stress testing, CT angiography, within the first month after Corus CAD (ASGES) testing.
Intraprocedural Determination of Myocardial Vitality Using 2 Different Imaging Methods
Angina PectorisLeft Ventricular Wall Motion AbnormalitiesThe investigators will compare myocard vitality diagnostics using 2D-Strain echography and MRI.
Multi-slice CT Coronary Angiography in Patients With Stable Angina
Chronic Stable Anginaearly identification of vulnerable plaques by remodeling index prior to rupture and development of acute event is of considerable importance especially by a reliable non-invasive method as CT coronary angiography.
Assessment of Diagonal Branch Territory
Stable AnginaUnstable AnginaThis study was performed to investigate the anatomical attributes that determine myocardial territory of diagonal branches and to develop a prediction model for clinically relevant branches using myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) and coronary CT angiography (CCTA).
National Tunisian Registry of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
ACS - Acute Coronary SyndromeAngor Pectoris2 moreThe National Tunisian Registry of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention is an observational, prospective and multicenter study aiming to assess coronary intervention strategies in tunisian departments of cardiology. Cardiologists from both sectors (public and private) are participating in the study, with 37 investigational centers. Data will be captured electronically by DACIMA Clinical Suite, according to FDA 21 CFR part 11 (Food and Drug Administration 21 Code of Federal Regulations part 11), HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) & ICH (International Conference on Harmonisation) requirements.
