The purpose of the study is to compare physical activity behaviour of rheumatoid arthritis patients with healthy matched controls.

The primary objective of this cross-sectional observational real life study is to investigate the patient reported adherence to PPI, when prescribed as prevention of NSAID associated GI Ulcers to patients prescribed a NSAID. Patients included have Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis or Ankylosing Spondylitis. Adherence will be assessed by patient questionnaires.

Several observational studies have evaluated the comparative treatment costs associated with each agent, particularly those within the anti-TNF class, but few have evaluated the impact of therapy compliance, persistence, treatment patterns on patient reported outcomes, healthcare utilization and costs, using a provider database. This study is designed to fill in this information gap.

This is a prospective, open-label, 1-arm, multicenter observational study to determine the dose and time interval of Remicade (Infliximab) infusions in psoriatic arthritis (PsA).

The participants included in this observational study will be drawn from a research database containing claims and enrollment data for members of a large, geographically diverse US health plan.The objective of this study is to estimate the rate of serious infections, tuberculosis, malignancies, and other outcomes in rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis patients treated with golimumab, anti-tumor necrosis factor (TNF) biologics, non-anti-TNF biologics, or systemic non-biological treatments.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a long-term autoimmune disease that is characterized by pain, stiffness, inflammation, swelling, and sometimes destruction of joints. RA usually requires lifelong treatment, including medications, physical therapy, exercise, education, and possibly surgery, but the course and severity of the disease can differ significantly from person to person. The purpose of this study is to identify genetic and other factors that determine the severity of RA in African Americans.

This is an observational study of composite indices, including the CLARA (CLinical ARthritis Activity) index, in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients in routine clinical practice in Italy in order to evaluate clinical remission and low disease activity. Data will be collected only from patients providing informed consent. In this study we aimed to assess the psychometric properties of a new composite instrument termed CLinical ARthritis Activity (PRO-CLARA) that uses only three PRO measures from among the 7 ACR Core Data Set. We hypothesized that this index would facilitate rapid and easy RA activity assessment in daily routine.

This post marketing observational study will be conducted in a prospective, single country, multicenter format to assess the prevention of generalized bone loss in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) treated with adalimumab (Humira®) in pragmatic prescribing situations. The investigational sites will be centers with experience in the treatment of RA patients and anti-tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-a) therapy. The investigators will be rheumatologists authorized by the Czech Rheumatologic Society for prescribing biological treatment.

The aim of this study is to accurately assess the relationship between knee joint kinematics and migration of the tibial component of a high congruent, rotating platform total knee prosthesis by using fluoroscopy synchronised in time and space with a force plate, an external motion registration system and Electromyography (EMG).

The objective is to measure time delay from onset of symptoms to diagnosis and time to disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drug treatments in Turkish patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The investigators will also evaluate actual work limitation status of patients and impact of demographic and clinical factors on work limitations in rheumatoid arthritis patients.
