A Rollover Protocol to Allow for Continued Access to the LSD1 Inhibitor Seclidemstat (SP-2577)
Ewing SarcomaMyxoid Liposarcoma7 moreThis rollover protocol allows continued access to seclidemstat (SP-2577) for patients who are still receiving clinical benefit on completed or closed Salarius sponsored studies.
Identification of a New Blood Biomarker for the Diagnosis and Prognosis of Liposarcomas
LiposarcomaAtypical Lipomatous TumorThe main objective of this project is to identify a new non-invasive biological test for the diagnosis of LPS by measuring circulating serine levels. The current gold standard is the detection of Mdm2 amplification by the FISH.
Brightline-1: A Study to Compare BI 907828 With Doxorubicin in People With a Type of Cancer Called...
LiposarcomaDedifferentiatedThis study is open to people with a type of cancer called dedifferentiated liposarcoma. People with advanced liposarcoma aged 18 or older who are not receiving any other cancer treatment can participate. The purpose of this study is to compare a medicine called BI 907828 with doxorubicin in people with liposarcoma. BI 907828 is a so-called MDM2 inhibitor that is being developed to treat cancer. Doxorubicin is a medicine already used to treat cancer including liposarcoma. During the study, participants get either BI 907828 or doxorubicin. Every 3 weeks, participants take BI 907828 as tablets or doxorubicin as an infusion into a vein. Participants can switch to BI 907828 treatment if they did not benefit from doxorubicin treatment. Participants can continue treatment in the study as long as they benefit from it and can tolerate it. Doctors regularly check the size of the tumour and check whether it has spread to other parts of the body. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects.
Talimogene Laherparepvec and Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Newly Diagnosed Soft Tissue...
FNCLCC Sarcoma Grade 2FNCLCC Sarcoma Grade 37 moreThis phase II trial studies the side effects of talimogene laherparepvec and radiation therapy and to see how well they work in treating patients with newly diagnosed soft tissue sarcoma that can be removed by surgery (resectable). Biological therapies, such as talimogene laherparepvec, use substances made from living organisms that may stimulate or suppress the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays, photons. electrons, or protons to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving talimogene laherparepvec and radiation therapy may work better in treating patients with soft tissue sarcoma.
MAGE-A4ᶜ¹º³²T for Multi-Tumor
Urinary Bladder CancerMelanoma8 moreThis study will investigate the safety and tolerability of MAGE-A4ᶜ¹º³²T cell therapy in subjects who have the appropriate HLA-A2 tissue marker and whose urinary bladder, melanoma, head and neck, ovarian, non-small cell lung, esophageal, gastric, synovial sarcoma, or myxoid/round call liposarcoma (MRCLS) tumor has the MAGE-A4 protein expressed. This study will take a subject's T cells and give them a T cell receptor protein that recognizes and attacks the tumors. This study has a substudy component that will investigate the safety and tolerability of MAGE-A4c1032T cell therapy in combination with low dose radiation in up to 10 subjects.
Study of Abemaciclib in Dedifferentiated Liposarcoma
SarcomaDedifferentiated LiposarcomaThe purpose of this study is to test any good and bad effects of the study drug called Abemaciclib. Abemaciclib could shrink your cancer but it could also cause side effects. Researchers hope to learn if the study drug will delay the growth of the cancer or shrink the cancer by at least one quarter compared to its present size. Abemaciclib is not FDA approved and has not been tested in liposarcoma, but it has shrunk tumors in patients with breast cancer, lymphoma, and lung cancer.
Nivolumab With and Without Ipilimumab and Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Recurrent...
Dedifferentiated LiposarcomaRecurrent Dedifferentiated Liposarcoma4 moreThis phase II trial studies how well nivolumab with and without ipilimumab and radiation therapy when given before surgery works in treating patients with undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma or dedifferentiated liposarcoma that can be removed by surgery. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving nivolumab, ipilimumab, and radiation therapy may work better in treating patients with undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma.
Nivolumab and BO-112 Before Surgery for the Treatment of Resectable Soft Tissue Sarcoma
LeiomyosarcomaMalignant Peripheral Nerve Sheath Tumor29 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects of BO-112 when given together with nivolumab before surgery in treating patients with soft tissue sarcoma that can be removed by surgery (resectable). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Immunotherapy with BO-112, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving nivolumab and BO-112 before surgery may work better in treating patients with soft tissue sarcoma compared to nivolumab alone.
Lenvatinib and Eribulin in Advanced Soft Tissue Sarcoma
LeiomyosarcomaLiposarcoma2 moreThis study is designed to test the safety and efficacy of the combination of lenvatinib, a drug that can inhibit the growth of supplying vessels around the tumors, and eribulin, a chemotherapy drug that targets the cancer cell during mitosis, in inoperable or metastatic adipocytic sarcoma and leiomyosarcoma.
Study of DCC-3014 in Combination With Avelumab in Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Sarcomas...
SarcomaAdvanced Sarcoma5 moreThis study is being done to find the safest dose of DCC-3014 that can be given with avelumab to participants with advanced or metastatic sarcomas that will not cause serious side effects.
