A school-based behavioral intervention for Mexican youth with attention/behavior concerns (the Collaborative Life Skills Program for Latinos/Familias Unidades Empezando Retos y Tareas para el Éxito [CLS-FUERTE]:) will be pilot-tested in a mixed-method investigation with four Mexican elementary schools.

There are two aims of this study (a) to examine the effect of Teachers and Parents as Partners on student, parent, and teacher outcomes in middle school and (b) identify barriers and facilitators to implementing Teachers and Parents as Partners in middle school for students with behavior concerns.

The Advancing Child Competencies by Extending Supported Services (ACCESS) for Families Program is a study funded by the National Institutes of Health to explore behavior and developmental problems among young children aging out of Early Steps (Part C). All families will participate in five evaluations in their home to learn more about their child's behavior and development. Families also may receive treatment designed to help change their child's behaviors that will be conducted over the Internet using a tablet.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of PriCARE in decreasing child behavior problems and improving parenting capacity and skills at 4 primary care clinics in Philadelphia.

This study aims to the test the efficacy and cost effectiveness of new service delivery methods to enhance the reach and impact of the standard of care treatment, Behavioral Parent Training (BPT), for early onset disruptive behavior disorders.

The present RCT study investigates whether combined mindfulness program for children and their parents was beneficial for Italian children, aged 8-12, with disruptive behavior diagnosis (DBD). The study tests the program effects on children's behavioral difficulties in school and home contexts; children's and parents' mindfulness abilities; children's impulsiveness; and parents' stress. The study include a sample of 50 children randomly allocate to the intervention or to the control condition (wait-list control sample). Repeated measures of children's and parents' and teachers' reported measures will be used.

The study evaluates the effects of Prazosin on agitation in adults with Alzheimer's disease. Two thirds of the participants will participate in the medication portion, while one third will participate in the placebo portion

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of the enhanced PriCARE intervention in improving parenting capacity, decreasing child behavior problems, and reducing risk of child maltreatment at several primary care clinics in Philadelphia and 2 primary care clinics in North Carolina.

Investigators seek to transform the delivery of health care to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and behavioral health problems (and their families) by developing an innovative tiered set of interventions. Investigators aim to demonstrate that for children with ASD and disruptive behavior a family navigation-based intervention (autism behavioral health navigation; ABHN) will be feasible and more acceptable to families than brief social work consultation. For children with persistent disruptive behavior despite the social work or ABHN intervention Investigators will evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of adding consultation with an interprofessional team of ASD experts.

The Pro-Parenting Study seeks to determine the added benefit of targeting both parenting stress and parent management strategies to more effectively reduce behavior problems among children with developmental delay (DD). Findings from this study will improve the scientific understanding of evidence-based interventions for behavior problems among children with DD and the mechanisms underlying therapeutic change.
