All cases will undergo surgery under general anesthesia. Evaluation of patients with suspected orbital fracture should involve radiologic examination, motility test, diplopia field test and exophthalmometry. Plain X-ray films, although rarely used, with the Caldwell and Waters view may be done as a screening evaluation for possible fractures and foreign bodies. An orbital computed tomography, the gold standard in trauma, CT with contiguous thin axial and coronal sections should be ordered to confirm the diagnosis and plan for treatment Postoperative care: Proper postoperative instructions will be given the patient, in addition to the postoperative medications including antibiotics, corticosteroids and analgesics.

The investigators will conduct a prospective cohort study on the use of weight-bearing radiographs to evaluate stability in ankles with isolated, trans-syndesmotic (Weber type B) fibular fractures. Stable fractures will be treated conservatively using a functional brace, unstable fractures will undergo surgical fixation.

This study is a prospective study. Patients with traumatic rib fractures are divided into control group and surgical (OP) group, depending on whether they undergo rib fracture fixation surgeries. They complete Short Form-36 and Work Quality Index (WQI) before surgery and after surgery (before discharge, post-surgery 1 month, 3 months and 6 months). The goal of this study is to examine the life quality of patients who receive surgical treatment for rib fracture by analyzing patients' response, comorbidity, vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) etc.), severity of fracture (AIS, ISS) and medical costs. The investigators hope to find the most suitable method of treatment for patients with rib fractures.

A prospective randomized study comparing a new implant with three interlocked pins for internal fixation of femoral neck fractures (Hansson Pinloc System, Swemac Linköping, Sweden) versus 2 parallel pins with hooks (Hansson Pins, Swemac Linköping, Sweden).

The purpose of this study will be to compare the failure and complications rates of and orthopedic implant (Cephalomedullary Nail) fixed with two different options actually available: lag screw or helical blade. The study population will be patient who have been diagnosed with an intertrochanteric hip fracture. Hypothesis: Our hypothesis is that the helical blade will have a higher failure rate compared to the lag screw

The objective of this study is to compare the failure rate between two modes of fixing the lag screw of the cephalomedullary nail. The sample studied will be patients who have been diagnosed with a fragility intertrochanteric fracture. Investigators hypothesis is that the dynamic mode will have a lower failure rate compared to the static mode.

It is interesting to examine this technique for sternal fracture fixation for more close-up assessment of post-operative pain using pain score, hospital stay and short-term complications. Investigators think that this approach will give the patient better post-operative results with less complications and excellent immediate relief with good quality of life, less post-operative pain and rapid return to normal life.

This Study is being done because the investigators would like to know if pain and hand function after having a boxer's fracture differs between being treated with supportive splinting or without splinting, but with behavioral modifications.

As the population ages, the frequency of surgery is increasing proportionally, bringing with it the challenge of managing older patients with frequent comorbid diseases and an increased risk of complications. Poor postoperative quality of recovery may result in patient and family suffering, a prolonged hospital stay, and a greater demand on health care resources.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the ultrasound guided percutaneous femoral nerve+lateral cutaneous nerve versus lumbar plexus+sacral plexus nerve block composite laryngeal mask anesthesia in elderly hip fracture surgery, the application of assessing their impact on the postoperative recovery quality.

This study aims to evaluate whether a combination of cycling training as part of physiotherapy treatment will contribute more than conventional physiotherapy treatment for elderly patients after hip fracture surgery in their subacute phase of rehabilitation.
