The purpose of this study is to learn if adding a new drug that is targeted at a specific genetic change found in some breast tumors pre-operatively will slow the growth of the tumor more than standard anti-hormone therapy used to treat this type of breast cancer. Different therapies are being tested based on the specific gene changes in the tumor. Not every tumor will have a gene change that is being studied.

This study evaluates the efficacy and safety of SRT combined with pyrotinib and capecitabine in the treatment of patients with HER2-positive advanced breast cancer patients with brain metastases.

The purpose of this study is to learn whether clinical response (the amount a tumor shrinks based on imaging or tumor measurements obtained by physical exam) predicts pathologic response (the amount of tumor remaining when surgery is performed) in participants with breast cancer who are receiving chemotherapy prior to surgery.

There are several approved and guideline-recommended treatments for metastatic, estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer that has progressed on an aromatase inhibitor and a CDK4/6 inhibitor. Right now, doctors do not have a good way of choosing between these treatments. Scientists we work with have come up with ways to use the biology of the tumor to try to predict which treatment is best. This study is being done to test if those predictions are right and to learn more about these tumors to design better treatments in the future.

The primary objective of this study is to compare disease-free survival (DFS) of patients with operable breast cancer randomised to treatment with standard adjuvant chemotherapy plus moxifloxacin or placebo.

This phase Ib trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of tumor treating fields therapy in combination with either cabozantinib or nab-paclitaxel and atezolizumab in treating patients with solid tumors involving the abdomen or thorax that have spread to other parts of the body (advanced). Tumor treating fields therapy on this study utilizes NovoTTF systems that are wearable devices that use electrical fields at different frequencies that may help stop the growth of tumor cells by interrupting cancer cells' ability to divide. Cabozantinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of tumor cells. Chemotherapy drugs, such as nab-paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving tumor treating fields therapy in combination with either cabozantinib, or with nab-paclitaxel and atezolizumab may help control advanced solid tumors involving the abdomen or thorax.

This study is planned to include 40 patients with HER2-negative advanced breast cancer to receive fluzoparib combined with chidamide or fluzoparib combined with camrelizumab to observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of fluzoparib combined with camrelizumab or chidamide in the treatment of HRD-positive HER2-negative advanced breast cancer.
