Chemotherapy-Free pCR-Guided Strategy With Trastuzumab-pertuzumab and T-DM1 in HER2-positive Early...
Early Breast CancerThis is a multicenter, open-label, single-arm, one-stage, phase II study to assess the efficacy of a chemotherapy-free pathological complete response (pCR)-guided strategy with trastuzumab and pertuzumab (given as a subcutaneous fixed-dose combination) and T-DM1, for patients with previously untreated HER2-positive early breast cancer.
Local Therapy for ER/PR-positive Oligometastatic Breast Cancer
Breast CancerRandomized phase 2 trial to evaluate the efficacy of local therapy for oligometastasis from ER/PR-positive breast cancer. The study hypothesis is that local therapy in addition to systemic therapy improves progression-free survival in comparison with systemic therapy alone.
Microwave Ablation Combined With Camrelizumab in the Treatment of Early Breast Cancer
Breast CancerAblative therapy, as a local treatment modality for tumors, has an immune activating effect. To explore the synergistic effect of microwave ablation combined with PD-1 inhibitors, this prospective, open-label, multi-cohort, single-center clinical study was conducted. To compare the feasibility and safety of preoperative microwave ablation alone, with or without camrelizumab in patients with early newly diagnosed breast cancer.
Study of XL102 as Single-Agent and Combination Therapy in Subjects With Solid Tumors (QUARTZ-101)...
Neoplasm MalignantEpithelial Ovarian Cancer3 moreThis is a Phase 1, open-label, dose-escalation and expansion study evaluating the safety, tolerability, PK, antitumor activity, and effect on biomarkers of XL102 administered orally alone and in multiple combination regimens to subjects with advanced solid tumors.
Efficacy of Tislelizumab and Spartalizumab Across Multiple Cancer-types in Patients With PD1-high...
MSI-H Colorectal CancerMelanoma29 moreThis is an open-label, parallel group, non-randomized, multicenter phase II study to evaluate the efficacy of spartalizumab (cohorts 1 and 2) and tislelizumab (cohort 3) in monotherapy in patients with PD1-high-expressing tumors.
Anti-tumor Effect of Ixabepilone in Metastatic Breast Cancer (mBC) Selected by the Ixabepilone DRP....
Metastatic Breast CancerThe purpose is to investigate anti-tumor effect of ixabepilone in patients with locally recurrent or metastatic breast cancer (mBC) selected by the Ixabepilone DRP after failure of an anthracycline and taxanes.
Correlation of Clinical Response to Pathologic Response in Patients With Early Breast Cancer
Breast CancerBreast Neoplasm9 moreThe purpose of this study is to learn whether clinical response (the amount a tumor shrinks based on imaging or tumor measurements obtained by physical exam) predicts pathologic response (the amount of tumor remaining when surgery is performed) in participants with breast cancer who are receiving chemotherapy prior to surgery.
A Study of HER2+ Breast Cancer Patients With Active Brain Metastases Treated With Afatinib & T-DM1...
HER2-positive Breast CancerBrain MetastasesThis study is being done for the following reasons: The study has two parts. The purpose of the first part (Phase I) of the study is to find out the highest dose of Afatinib that can be given safely with T-DM1. The purpose of the second part of the study (Phase II) is to find out whether the dose of Afatinib with T-DM1 determined in Phase I will keep breast cancer from getting worse for a period of time.
TPIV100 and Sargramostim for the Treatment of HER2 Positive, Stage II-III Breast Cancer in Patients...
Breast AdenocarcinomaStage II Breast Cancer AJCC v6 and v76 moreThis phase II trial studies how well TPIV100 and sargramostim work in treating patients with HER2 positive, stage II-III breast cancer that has residual disease after chemotherapy prior to surgery. It also studies why some HER2 positive breast cancer patients respond better to chemotherapy in combination with trastuzumab and pertuzumab. TPIV100 is a type of vaccine made from HER2 peptide that may help the body build an effective immune response to kill tumor cells that express HER2. Sargramostim increases the number of white blood cells in the body following chemotherapy for certain types of cancer and is used to alert the immune system. It is not yet known if TPIV100 and sargramostim will work better in treating patients with HER2 positive, stage II-III breast cancer.
A Phase 1/2 Trial of ARV-471 Alone and in Combination With Palbociclib (IBRANCE®) in Patients With...
Breast CancerThis is a Phase 1/2 dose escalation and cohort expansion study and will assess the safety, tolerability and anti-tumor activity of ARV-471 alone and in combination with palbociclib (IBRANCE®) in patients with estrogen receptor positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative (ER+/HER2-) locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer, who have received prior hormonal therapy and chemotherapy in the locally advanced/metastatic setting.
