A Phase I Study of SOR-C13 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors
Advanced Malignant Solid NeoplasmRefractory Malignant Solid Neoplasm21 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of SOR-C13 in treating patients with solid tumors that have spread to other places in the body (advanced) and does not respond to treatment. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as SOR-C13, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.

Peritoneal CarcinomatosisOvarian Cancer Stage IIIB11 moreThe PIPAC nab-pac study is designed to examine the maximal tolerated dose of albumin bound nanoparticle paclitaxel (nab-pac, Abraxane) administered with repeated pressurized intraperitoneal aerosol chemotherapy (PIPAC), in a multicentre, multinational phase I trial.
SD-101, Nivolumab, and Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Chemotherapy-Refractory Metastatic...
Metastatic Pancreatic AdenocarcinomaRefractory Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma1 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects of SD-101 when given together with nivolumab and radiation therapy in treating patients with pancreatic cancer that does not respond to treatment with chemotherapy (chemotherapy refractory) and has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as SD-101, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving SD-101, nivolumab, and radiation therapy may work better in treating patients with pancreatic cancer compared to nivolumab or radiation therapy alone.
Efficacy and Safety of Nab-Paclitaxel Plus S-1 in the First-line Treatment of Advanced Pancreatic...
Advanced Pancreatic CancerPancreatic cancer is a common malignancy of digestive system with gradually increasing incidence, is the fourth and seventh leading cause of cancer-related mortality in the world (1) and China (2) according to the statistics in 2014. The vast majority of patients were confirmed as locally advanced or distantly metastatic disease at diagnosis with an estimated five-year survival rate of 4% (3) due to occlusive development and rapid progress. Advanced pancreatic cancer is characterized by poor prognosis.
